Tennessee natives and long time UT football fans Carmyn and Ben love hosting in Knoxville just as much as they love visiting their alma mater with their family to cheer on the Vols!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this house because of its excellent location and unique historical architectural features. We have just completed phase I of our renovation plans and cannot wait to continue restoring the house to it's former glory! In the meantime please make yourself at home and enjoy our labor of love.

The original glass paneled dining room doors and detailed door moldings made this house an instant must have for Carmyn and Ben.
