No need to go inside to rinse off or use the restroom—there is an outdoor bath area accessible from the pool deck. If you love a competition, set up a game of volleyball or horseshoes in the backyard. Inside, you'll love the game room which has its own flat-screen TV and bar area along with a pool table so you can keep the friendly competition rolling! A Queen bedroom and second Bedroom with 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with separate vanity area. The Laundry room completes the ground-level.

The main entry with a covered porch and foyer is on the second level. Get a good night's rest in one of four master bedrooms each featuring a King Bed, TV, and attached full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a covered deck where you'll love soaking in the ocean breeze without being in the direct sunlight.

Upstairs, the heart of this home is the beautiful great room with vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings all centered around a flat-screen HDTV w/ Surround Sound System—perfect for watching your favorite movie or TV show when the weather keeps you inside. A separate wet bar provides space to make your favorite beach drink to sip on as you lounge outside under the sun on your oceanview deck. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the utensils and appliances you need to cook a seafood masterpiece and when it's time to eat, the dining area has room for 8 with a water view! There is a separate breakfast bar if you need additional seating and a small table with room for 4 that doubles as a great place for a quick game of cards. There is a convenient half bath also located on this level along with the final bedroom—a King Master with a TV and access to a private balcony. If you feel like venturing out for an upscale dinner, Steamers Restaurant and Coastal Provisions Oyster Bar are right down the road offering delectable dishes featuring locally-sourced seafood. For a day of shopping, head North a few miles to the Waterfront Shops in Duck where you can browse local boutiques and stroll along the Currituck Sound. Have a golf lover in your group? Sea Scape Golf Links is right down the road and is the perfect place to spend the afternoon. For an educational experience that is fun for the whole family, head South to Kill Devil Hills and stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you'll learn about North Carolina's history of aviation.
