Hi, note the complex still recovering from Hurricane Ian, the surroundings still a reconstruction area and many amenities are not yet finished , tennis courts paddle courts, gardens, bbq grills. But condo has a FINISHED balcony and a incredible vew. And a beautiful public beach just across the street. Any questions please inquiry

Good value, great balcony
We had a nice week. We were unable to use the pool, but we knew that when we went. It was a good deal for what we paid. What we liked: the owner was great at responding to our needs, beautiful view on a nice balcony, restaurants Doc’s and Coconut Jacks were steps away, the beach was across the street and the owner provided coolers, umbrella, and chairs (bungees in pockets) and a small dolly,

Outstanding location with tremendous views. Areas that could use improvement are the overall cleanliness of the unit and some of the kitchen utensils and equipment. The furniture is okay but probably could be updated soon. Our communications with Xavier was very good. He responded in a prompt manner most often.

The Perfect Stay
My wife and I stayed here last summer, and it was nothing short of wonderful. Although the property was under construction at the time, the host kept us well-informed about the renovations. When we arrived, everything was exactly as expected—comfortable, private, and beyond our expectations. We still talk about returning!

Great Location.
Great Location. Communication was excellent. Description was very accurate. The complex is under reconstruction from the hurricane so there is lots of activity. We were not bothered by noise. The pools are not open yet but had been filled while we were there. The condo was very well stocked. Maybe over stocked. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay-- Awesome Unit
The unit was fantastic and the views from the 10 floor balcony were breathtaking. The complex is still under construction and repair from hurricanes but our host Xavier was very upfront and transparenet about the facilities and the rate was significantly discounted. We still had a wonderful time. All the restaurants and activities were open and the beach across the street (we walked everyday) was absolutlely stunning.

Komplette Baustelle, Falscher Onlineauftritt, Nicht buchen!
Wir sind noch in Kontakt mir vrbo/ Fewo bezüglich einer Rückerstattung der Mietzahlung aufgrund eines falschen Onlineauftritts. Anscheinend wurde die deutsche Website Fewo nicht angepasst, jegliche Informationen über den Zustand des Gebäudes (Achtung GROSSBAUSTELLE; KEIN AUFZUG!!!, KEIN POOL!!! fehlten. Leider kann man hier keine Fotos hochladen, aber es sieht wirklich grauenhaft aus, es ist keine sichere Umgebung. Der Zustand des Gebäudes entsprach in keiner Weise den Angaben der Anzeige. Die Wohnung befand sich auf einer Großbaustelle im 10. Stock, und die Aufzüge waren nicht funktionsfähig. Nach einer Wartezeit von über 60 Minuten auf der Baustelle, die von erheblichem Baulärm begleitet war, und ohne dass uns von den anwesenden Bauarbeitern konkrete Informationen zum Zustand der Aufzüge gegeben werden konnten, sahen wir uns gezwungen, das Gelände wieder zu verlassen. Unter diesen Bedingungen ist es nicht möglich, einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen, wir haben die Baustelle verlassen und uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Auf so einer Baustelle möchte wirklich niemand Urlaub machen, selbst wenn es laut Gastgeber angeblich so günstig sei. Was es aber nicht ist, wir haben preislich vergleichbare gute Hotels in der Umgebung gefunden.

Scary construction site
Three entrances blocked by construction, finally located an entrance around back. Fortunately some workers still there at 4:15. Directed us to HOA office for parking, they closed at 3. Another worker told us how to get to building, through the construction area behind the buildings to get around front. All the buildings had scaffolding tunnels to get to the hallway. The hallway was dark, roughed concrete walls, with a grocery cart near the elevator. Elevator has black floors, walls and ceilings, plus a putrid odor. The room had electrical outlets missing covers, privacy shutter on window next to door busted (anyone walking by could survey the whole room), a damaged cabinet under the sink, and the washroom, dryer nd garbag disposal did not work as a result of a wiring error. We did not stay, got a motel instead. An unsecured construction area did not feel safe. I wrote the owner a message via VRBO, the only means of contact initially, which was never answered. Did receive a text asking us to do him a favor, the replacement shutter was being delivered. I texted back, described the conditions we found and requested a partial refund. Have not heard back from him.

Great location! The condo building is still under major construction.
I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at.

We truly understand the adversities the owners have to go through with the renovations after the devastating hurricane. The owner was willing to work with us through all the issues we ran into. I would love to come back when the renovations are complete to enjoy all the amenities we were unable to use. This is a beautiful area and our favorite beach to go to.

My daughter and I planned a weekend away and loved the location of this rental. The owner responded quickly and was transparent about the limitations of the property post hurricane. The only things we were not aware of were that the washer and dryer did not work and the shower was not working properly.

We have stayed at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club many times. The accommodations are perfect and the location is great. But this unit was not ready to be rented out. The owner had apparently not been there himself after Hurricane Ian. Because when we got there the water heater was not working, so we had no hot water. Apparently when the units were rewired, it was done incorrectly. The disposal and stove/oven also did not work. There was no wifi or television. Obviously we could not stay there but it was difficult to find another place to stay. Thankfully, Xavier, the landlord, did issue us a full refund right away.

Excellent communication with the host Xavier until I arrived and didn’t know how to get in. Come to find out this was NOT his fault, it was due to a computer error and the check in info did not arrive to me. I was settled in within a couple of hours and could not have been more pleased. The host provides everything you will need to relax for days or even weeks! Highly recommend but be sure your check in info arrives!! One more note......That Shower!!!!!!!

First master bedroom dont have a/c unit and you need a floor fan to be cool. unit has a/c at front door so master very hot . door frames at main door broken so it didnt feel secure at night at all also balcony lock does work ,i understand that apt is at 10 th floor but still, diverter at shower not working very good . what it bother me is they charge for fees for this or that but they dont spend it in apartment that need some work. beach and surrounding beatiful

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and stocked with thoughtful necessities. We loved coffee on the balcony and was walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shopping was only a short drive away. We had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The couch was really comfortable and we loved the patio porch area with the view of the ocean was really nice. The pool was great and warm, my daughter loved the pool and the ramp in the pool. We enjoyed cooking a chicken meal and enjoyed fresh salads and sandwiches from Publix. It was nice having an area to cook and refrigerator to keep fresh foods. The shower was also very nice and up to date, and we enjoyed the extra beach items too. Would definitely book with Xavier again.

Everything about this place was great, only a couple minor downsides that didn’t actually bother us but I’m reviewing for the next guest or the property owner/manager. There’s three other condo buildings near this one that’s listed that seem to be unfinished or being worked on so maybe just a heads up. Also the blinds you have to the outside screen door seem to really worn and I was continuously being careful to not break them each time I went in and out. Everything else was great, this review was really just to shine a light on those two things.

We were not lucky in 2022 when Hurricane Ian hit, barely reopened in March 2024 with many problems and a less than helpful and efficient HOA. As of Apri 02 at least and finally Pools are open. Still the grounds are under reconstruction.
