Welcome to Summer Breeze, Emerald Isle! Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring three separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! This listing is for SUMMER BREEZE WEST, an upper-level unit with 3 BR and 2 BA, sleeping 7 total.

New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are lovely views of the crystal ocean from the spacious decks.

All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are fully stocked with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 large smart TV per unit).

A maximum of 2 cars per units is permitted, so Summer Breeze West will have parking for 2 vehicles total, no exceptions. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per unit, with a non-refundable PET FEE of $200 per dog. Please note the number of dogs you are bringing when inquiring or requesting a reservation.

Summer Breeze East (2830223) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
Summer Breeze West (2756822) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
The Bungalow at Summer Breeze (2821655) is a ground-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 6.
Summer Breeze East + Bungalow (2756755) offers the East unit plus the Bungalow below, with a total of 6 BR / 4 BA, sleeping 13.
Summer Breeze, whole house (2535770) includes the upper East and West units, plus the lower Bungalow unit, sleeping 20 people.

Beautiful beach house

Clean, spacious, well-decorated and well-stocked property. Very close to the public beach access walkway. We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts had thought of everything we might need, even containers for leftovers. We had access to beach chairs & toys. We enjoyed eating on the deck to the sound of the waves.

Beach week 2023

The location is great although there are a ton of stairs, which was not good for the elderly grandparents. Outside porch is great ! Couches need updating. Highly recommend that they add a vacuum or something to clean floors with, we had to deal with sand all week and had nothing to clean with . Communication with the owner was easy and timely

There was an issue with parking due to the other occupants of the duplex, however it was a wonderful place! We really eneioued Our time there.

Perfect Location

Enjoyed our short spring break at Emerald Isle. Beautiful home with the best beach access for a second row home. Ken was a gracious host!

Great Location

Great location with beach access across the street. It worked out nicely for 4 adults and 2 children. The only concern is the decking. There are several soft and rotting boards on the top and bottom decks that could lead to injury. Our grandkids and myself picked up splinters on our hands and feet. Other it was a nice rental!

Quick beach weekend trip

Absolutely loved staying at this beach retreat! There were no reviews yet as it was brand new to the rental market, so that was a first for me to not have any to read in advance. The pictures do not do it justice at all! It is prettier and more open than it looks. It is full of light with brand new paint, new counters, and floors with plenty of room. The deck outside is huge and gives great views of the ocean, and you can hear the waves perfectly even though you’re not on the beach itself. You are close enough. Very easy to walk across the quiet street. It’s very peaceful and just what we needed to get away from the hustle & bustle of life & work & school. Having a smart TV was a treat too as we could watch our own Netflix and Prime shows. The pots and pans seemed brand new as well- the best I’ve seen in rentals. The only thing I would love to have had in addition would be one more smart TV (master bedroom maybe?) so guests can have at least two options of what to watch at night when they’re tired from playing in the sand and waves and just wanna veg. The other thing would be able to have linens included so you don’t have to pack them down with you. Even just having them on the bed and I made them would be just fine. This was the first time I had to bring linens with me, so it made for a lot more work & planning to pack and wash after a quick weekend trip. Because the place is otherwise perfect, that was/is not a deal breaker, and I would still give it 5 starts and absolutely 100% recommend this place! It was wonderful!
