Fiberoptic fast internet. 400 square feet game room with brand new pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, old school arcade machine with over 14 games. and treadmill machine for workout.

The unique benefits of this house is that its new, extremely clean, and has a fun factor with a new pebble tech pool and spa with multiple color lighting. The spa is complimentary heating. Outside the concrete is cool deck so its 20 degrees cooler and does not burn the feet. the gazebo is custom with fans, lights, BBQ, dining, lounge, game room, fiberoptic internet, and family oriented neighborhood.
