The unit and location were great. I would just make sure the pool and hot tub are working and available. We only had access to a pool one day. It was closed due to phone line issues, opened back up only one day and closed again. We received no credit for this.

Small but mighty!
This 1BR was a perfect size for my husband and me. The use of space was so smart that we didn’t feel like anything was sacrificed. We didn’t cook while we were there (other than using the Keurig) but the kitchen was well stocked with everything else we needed. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings (the sound of the frogs at night was pretty cool!) The magnolia trees are gorgeous. Yes, they shed leaves but that’s a good trade-off for the privacy and shade (and there is a broom). All in all, a great location for a great vacation.

No surprises, villa as advertised
Rarely does the description and its pictures match your expectations when you book a unit. Was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at this palmetto dunes location. Wonderful experience and would definitely book again. However, if you are interested in the hot tub on site it is not functional and does not look as tho it will be. Beyond that an enjoyable stay.

HHI getaway
Inside was great the only disappointment was the deck and windows and skylight. The skylight brought back memories of my cataracts. I do believe this is a condo issue not an owners issue. Also the deck I had to clean again not sure whose responsibility that is. The Spectrum was not the easiest to use. The inside of the condo was just what we needed for for our 24 day stay.

The Barrington great getaway.

Family vacation
We rented 2 condos and my husband and I stayed in this one for the second year in a row. Upon arrival the condo wasn’t cool so we called Tricia and the cooling company was there quickly and fixed the problem. Location is perfect. Unit is clean and well stocked including beach towels and chairs which is a plus. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here and it was the perfect vacation! We loved everything about our stay. The villa was in a great location, as it was only about a two minute walk to the beach. The parking was shaded and the overall location was close to so many things. The villa was exactly as described in text and photos. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

First time staying in Hilton Head. It was more than we expected and to have a nice cozy place to go back to at night was the bonus. Plenty of amenities, nice big shower, comes with nice beach chairs and a couple towels.would defiantly stay again.

My husband and I have been visiting Hilton Head for many years. This was our first time in Palmetto Dunes. We both agree this was the most spacious and clean unit we have stayed in. Having a washer an dryer in the unit was so helpful, especially since we stayed two weeks. The only downfall was the beach access. We had a cart and could not use it because the beach access was only stairs and did not have a ramp.
