In the centre of Riolo, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill. Private: swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Narrow motor access to the house (5 km mountain road). Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 6 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 50 km, thermal baths "Bagni di Lucca" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Ponte Della Maddalena 8 km, Barga 26 km, Orrido Di Botri 28 km, Lucca 30 km, San Marcello Pistoiese 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Very practical and tasteful furnishings: living room with panoramic window with 1 sofabed, TV, flat screen and heating stove. Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: kitchen (microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 110 cm. 1 double bedroom. Bath/bidet/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Parquet floors. Barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed. 3rd time stayed here.. would have been 5 had not been for covid Love this place for its serenity and really is away from it all . That said ..shops , restaurants etc only 20 mins away in lovely Bagni di Lucca by hire car which is a must by the way. Not for everybody.. it’s very rural but that’s the attraction for me. Place is retro shall we say but always clean and the lovely Monia and Vittorio only a phone call away if required . One request…replace barbecue it’s bit tired now.

Pour une famille qui cherche le calme c'est très bien. La maison est située en hauteur, la vue est magnifique. Cependant elle se trouve à 15 min du centre de Bagni di Lucca et la route d'accès est une vraie route de montagne où 2 voitures ont difficilement la possibilité de se croiser. Cette semaine à l'écart de tout permets de se recentrer et ressourcer.

Het is een mooi en gezellig huisje in de bergen, dus een (liefs niet te grote) auto is een absolute must. Aardige mensen en een heel mooi gedeelte (met veel natuurschoon) van Toscane.

Gutes Anwesen, schönes Panorama
Das Haus Kiwi ist gut und hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht... allerdings es gibt ein kleines Manko im wassersystem, und zwar kann man nicht mehrere Wasserhähne gleichzeitig aufdrehen. Wenn z.B. Unten abgespült wird, kann man oben nicht duschen... Ansonsten ist das Haus großzügig und angehen für eine Familie. Das Pool ist in Ordnung für Kinder (könnte aber verbessert werden, und zwar ein bisschen tiefer) Eine Kaffeemaschine ist in Italien ein MUSS... Im großen und ganzem ist Qualität-Preis-Leistung top. Allein das Panorama auf die Terrasse ist fabelhaft. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Bagni di Lucca
Vackert område och trevliga människor. Huset är fint, men poolen är liten och kanske 80 cm djup. Det är väldigt lugnt i området. Är man ute efter en lugn semester så är denna plats den perfekta platsen. Huset står på toppen av en berg, 3-4 kilometers bilkörning i krokig- och smal väg. Vi var där en vecka och efter första dagen tröttnade barnen. Vi hade bil och åkte några ggr till kustenstaden Viareggio som var väldigt trevlig med sina fina sandstränder.
