In the hamlet Brest pod Učkom 6 km from the centre of Lupoglav, 20 km from the centre of Buzet, 32 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 32 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn 50 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 05.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 6 km, pebble beach 32 km, public bathing area 32 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The house is situated in a remote village, within the Nature park Učka. Organizing a party is not allowed.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating (extra). Terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Ein entspannter Urlaub in Kroatien mit der Familie . Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann Mann nur weiterempfehlen.

Ferien neben dem Bauernhof
Leider steht in der Beschreibung nicht dass das Ferienhaus direkt neben einem Bauernhof steht. Die Fliegen sind unerträglich, der Geruch ebenfalls. Das Haus ist an sich ok, einige kleinere Baustellen sind aber noch vorhanden, z. B. Kabel hängen aus der Wand. Waschmaschine ist auch nicht vorhanden - lt. Beschreibung sollte eine da sein. Liegt auch seeeeehr abgelegen - war aber ok. Würde diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle nicht mehr buchen...sorry...

Abseits der Tourismushochburgen
Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben uns grundsätzlich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat gehalten, was die Bilder versprechen. Sehr sauber, deutsches Fernsehen, sehr gute Internetverbindung und der Pool mit 3x6m ausreichend groß. Der Eigentümer war zudem sehr bemüht und hat auf unsere Fragen oder Wünsche schnell reagiert, Was die Bilder allerdings nicht zeigen ist das Umfeld, das im ersten Moment eher abschreckend gewirkt hat. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem kleinen Bergdorf, in dem es auch viele unbewohnte Ruinen gibt. Der nächste größere Supermarkt liegt 20km (ca. 25 min. Autofahrt) entfernt und dort bekommt man eigentlich alles. Zudem darf man nicht empfindlich sein, was Wespen, Fliegen, Skorpione oder bellende Hunde betrifft, da es davon leider recht viele gibt. Unter dem Strich haben wir uns aber sehr gut erholt und geben dem Haus auch ein "gut".
