Large holiday home in a very quiet green location between the Kiel Canal and the Eider with garden, terrace, parking space. fishing
The house is located in a very quiet green area surrounded by NOK, the Eider and a small piece of forest, the Gerhardshain. It is bright and sunny and you can look out into the garden from the spacious living room or use the spacious terrace. A sun awning provides the necessary shade in summer. The living room has a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a cozy seating area with sofa and armchairs on 50 square meters.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine u. a. can be reached from the living room and from the hallway.
There is a large bedroom with two beds that can be placed individually and two bedrooms with one bed each. An extra bed can be placed either in the bedroom or in one of the single rooms.
There is also a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a small guest toilet in the house.
