Nice place, good experience

We had a nice time staying in this place. It fit all of our needs for our family. It was clean, well decorated, and welcoming with a bottle of wine and a card. The host was helpful when we ran into an issue with the AC. Overall good experience, the only reason I give it a 4 star review is because we received the house rules 2 days before arrival and some of the rules we felt were a little over the top and made us feel uneasy. We did our best to respect them all but wish we had known them when we booked. Thanks for the nice stay :)

My husband and I come from 2 different worlds, I am a Long Island NY girl born and raised and Issam is from Casablanca Morocco. I have lived in Florida for 14 years and Issam 7. Florida makes me feel like I am on vacation every day and even after 14 years I still love it. The activities are endless! We love to travel whenever we can and have experienced amazing places and hospitality during our travels. Which is what inspired us to become hosts ourselves. We are huge nature lovers and you can find us at any nearby park Florida has to offer on our days off. You're happiness, comfort and respect is what is most important for us and we hope you enjoy every second of your stay!! See ya later alligator!

Why they chose this property

We love this property for the quiet neighborhood. You are a half a mile away from the train station (sun Rail) so do expect some noise from the train. We are close enough to everything but not all the chaos.

What makes this property unique

We do live on property so you can feel safe in a new city. We offer complete privacy to you while you are visiting. You may catch us in the driveway or hear us outside on the side yard. The home you are staying in- the complete home is yours, as is the backyard, we have a privacy fence separating your space from our space.
