This new to owner condo (2022) is located in the Parkview Bay Condominium Complex in Osage Beach at the 1.5mm of the Grand Glaize Arm. EVERYTHING in this unit is brand new!
No steps from the parking lot! Entering the front door to the kitchen you will find bar height seating for 4 with additional seating for 6 at the wood table (4chairs, 1 bench). The kitchen is equipped with everything for your extended stay! The full-sized washer and dryer are located at the kitchen behind double doors.
The living room has a large sectional sofa with matching oversized chair and ottoman. A wall mounted smart TV and cable television set above the electric fireplace. The large sliding glass door step out onto the covered balcony.
The master bedroom is next to the living room also offering sliding glass doors to the balcony. There is a King sized bed, wall mounted smart TV over the new dresser, walk-in closet, and master full bathroom.
Back through the kitchen is hall bathroom for both front bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer queen sized beds, wall mounted smart TVs, closet, and window to the parking area.
The large covered balcony has a new gas grill and new patio table set for seating 6.

Girls Trip

This condo is absolutely perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated and location is very easy to get to! No steps - walk right into the condo from the parking lot! Beautiful view from the spacious deck! Owner was easily accessible and very accommodating! Loved this place!
