Welcome to the secluded, quiet and peaceful Silver Bear Mountain Cabin! Experience the magic of the Smoky Mountains forest 🌲in an authentic cabin.

- The cabin is in a great location with easy, quick and scenic drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Wonderful for getting away from the crowds! Take the back roads to Dollywood and avoid the traffic.
- 1st Floor: 1 KING 👑 bedroom with a private bathroom, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
- 2nd Floor: 1 KING 👑 bedroom with a private bathroom, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the game room (not a bedroom, not enclosed), 1 Queen over Queen Bunk bedroom. Bunk bedroom and game room share a bathroom.
- Fully furnished large upscale open concept kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops: perfect for preparing and enjoying a leisurely lunch or a decadent dinner.
- Warm living room with authentic stone electric fireplace.
- Spacious layout for up to 12 guests with plenty of room for families and groups of friends to spread out and relax in 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2,100 square feet.
- 4k flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Please bring your own passwords for Disney/Netflix/HULU.
- Fun game room with classic electronic arcade, air hockey and board games 🕹️When you are having fun in the game room and bunk room, you feel like you’re in an awesome tree house surrounded by the forest treetops!
- Private hot tub on the back porch, great for soaking in and enjoying the breathtaking surroundings
- It's the last cabin on the road with a lot of distance to the nearest cabin, so there’s no traffic to worry about. It’s also one of the few cabins with a large amount of flat yard space for kids to play, unlike most cabins packed closely together or perched on a mountain. Your little ones can have a blast without you worrying about them getting too close to the road or a steep drop.

Entry
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Accessibility
There are no stairs to access the first floor; however there are stairs leading to the second floor.

TRAVEL TO THE CABIN
The road to the cabin is narrow with a few turns. It is paved all the way except for the street that the cabin is on, which is gravel. The first part of the street is on a slight incline with some unevenness in the roadway. Even though you can make it to the cabin in any type of vehicle, even a small sedan or a mini SUV, in inclement weather 4WD and AWD is advised. A custom lowered vehicle may have difficulties. There are no steep cliffside drop-offs.

Other things to note:
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refund will be issued for late arrival and/or early departure initiated by the guest.
- We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
- The 4th bedroom is an open space Game Room, it's not enclosed.
- Quiet time is at 10 pm. If you’re looking to have a late-night party, this cabin is not for you!
- Pets are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought in.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside away from the doors and windows.
- A security camera is outside and only points towards the driveway. It is used for emergency purposes only. You have your privacy everywhere else outside (porch, hot tub, fire pit). There are no cameras or any other monitoring devices inside of the cabin.
- The cabin is on well water. We have whole house water filtration system installed.
- Minimum age to book is 18.

There is $250 security deposit hold placed on your credit/debit card and it’s released after your departure if there’s no damage to the property. So far we’ve had great guests and released 100% of all security deposits.
