Why should you love this property?
Serenity and peacefulness greet you as soon as you walk in the door and an expansive view of the lake right from your balcony will make you realize you have chosen something special.
We have also completely rehabbed this condo! You will find new flooring , new furniture, new bedding and king size mattress, updated bath with oversized walk in shower, updated kitchen with new appliances and open shelving, fresh paint through out , updated lighting and decor plus new central air and heating.
We are also centrally located to all the lake has to offer! (Honestly!)
We are just minutes from our historic downtown area with shops, restaurants and entertainment areas. Catawba Island (which you can drive to) with beautiful restaurants , wineries and outdoor areas as well as the ferry services to the islands. You are also close to East Harbor State park which is just lovely with an expansive beach area, walking trails and plenty of wildlife. There is also Marblehead which is home to the oldest lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes. You will find private shops, antiques and Rocky Point winery.
There is really so much to do so very close by, but you may just want to relax with the waves of Lake Erie lapping at the shore and come to realize that time at the lake soothes your soul.

Excellent Communication

A minor issue with the plumbing the second day was resolved within the hour. Not only was the host easy to get a hold of, but the super got out there faster than almost any place I've been, and they even offered us a second place to swap to if needed in their first communication back to us. Very impressed. Views were wonderful, and while we stayed during the winter, this place has got to be the best to stay at in the summer. Transit to Catawba was very simple.

Fantastic Location

My wife found this listing and we booked it for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was no more than 20 minutes away from everything that we wanted to do, and we really enjoyed being able to check out the area, as we had never been before. We will definitely consider coming back, especially when the weather is a little warmer. Bev was fantastic, and was quick to respond to any of my questions. Great host!

Port Clinton trip

My husband and I had the most amazing weekend getaway in Port Clinton! The place was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. Our host, Beverly, was so quick to respond and help us when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this place and this location! We will be coming back.

My wife and I enjoyed our time on the shores of Lake Erie overlooking the lake from the balcony. The condo was updated and very clean, the pictures are accurate, and Bev was very responsive and helpful with questions. The grounds around the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Thank you!

This was a quick getaway just for relaxation. That is exactly what it was. Beautifully decorated condo in a safe neighborhood. This condo had many items such as crockpot, coffee pot, coffee, dishes. We were thrilled that the swimming pool was still open in September. Bev was such a good hostess. She supplied us with name and addresses of restaurants.They were all great!. Nice Getaway

A clean and well appointed condo on Lake Erie. Close to all of the attractions. Bev and Brad are great hosts and very easy to communicate with. If we find ourselves in the Port Clinton area, we will stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! My husband and I loved our stay here! It’s a great location and the condo was beautiful and very clean. Communication with the owners was seamless and timely. The view from the balcony was so nice and we can’t wait for our next weekend stay!

Must stay here!!

All of Bev's and Brads condos are really, really nice! They are like being at home. Very clean and comfortable. The Shores is a safe and quite place to stay, and have beautiful landscaping to go along with a pool beside the lake. We've stayed at the shores at least 10 times now and always never want to leave when its time to go home

Great little Condo

Perfect condo for wife and I for little vacation in the Lake Erie Islands area. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were great. Easy access to major freeway and lots Port Clinton downtown area.

Amazing condo!

This is the cutest and cleanest condo! It has everything you need. It’s beautiful and cozy and with views of the pool and lake are even better. The hostess is so kind and made our check in super easy.

Great Spot - Minutes from Everything!

Very nice, safe, clean place to stay. All decor/appliances seemed brand new and well kept up with. I love that the property is gated. Bev is absolutely incredible - make sure you reference her “favorite things” list for things to do in the area! We went by that strictly and it was never a miss. We hope to return soon!

Just Right

This was a two-day getaway to be near water. The condo is less than 100 yards from shore with an excellent view. Very clean and comfortable. Everything needed nearby. Updated facilities and appropriate decor. We were there off-season with cold weather, so this was a cozy, comfortable place to just hang out and vege, which is what we wanted.
