Bright and Gorgeous! Fish across the street - Lake Access in Branson!

Come and enjoy all Branson has to offer! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch or walk to the marina and take in the view. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay. Come to the lake to fish or just relax! Golf is right next door at Pointe Royale Resort.

Beautifully updated space in a bright corner unit with two king bedrooms (upstairs bedroom is a loft and has a top half open wall to living below) and two bathrooms. The sofa also folds out into a queen bed for two (best suited for children).

This is an open concept space decorated with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated and all of the comforts of home have been provided. All spaces are updated and linens are new. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee per stay, just choose the pet option when booking and it will be added to your reservation. Please let us know about your dog when booking.

The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a 5-minute walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

You have access to the entire condo and private deck. Feel free to use any of the outdoor grills, gazebo, picnic table areas around the condo, and the playground near the Marina.

The marina is a short walk away - fishing poles and boat rentals are available. It is a fantastic spot to spend some time on the lake while in Branson. Our resort is also next to Pointe Royale where you can enjoy a beautiful golf course or dine on site.

Comfortable and a few extras

This Fall Creek condo is a nice place. Very comfortable updated and pet friendly. There are lots of little extras. They provided coffee and I found a tiny bit of laundry soap to do a load that I didn’t expect to do. And a few snacks! Shampoo, conditioner and soap were also nice. This property worked ok for us with kids and dogs.

Awesome Thanksgiving Experience! Nov 24-30 ‘24

I would recommend this property 100%! The Host made sure our stay was a memorable one. By the time I booked till the last night we stayed, Christene maintained an open communication. Very responsive. The place is clean, we got most of what we need. My son enjoyed the attic bedroom. The neighborhood is awesome as well, I feel safe even if my dog and I go for a short walk before ending the day. Will be coming back sometime! Thank you, Christene!

We really enjoyed our stay! I stayed with my wife and 2 boys, ages 8 and 16. The upper loft worked well for the oldest, and the youngest thought the fold-out bed was fun, so it was a nice setup to give everyone their own space. Loved how close the marina was, as we rented a boat and did some fishing from the dock too. The pool was not overly fancy but was still a nice place to take a dip and relax while the kids splashed and had fun. Great location, convenient to get to all of the places on our list.

Wonderful Spring break get away

Decided last minute to go in a short trip with our college daughter on spring break. Found this wonderful gem amongst available properties. Beds were super comfortable and condo was spacious enough for the 3 of us plus our 4 legged fur baby and very clean. Loved the balcony area. Had minor electrical issue that hostess quickly got us taken care of with maintenance staff who was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to make memories at your property.

Great experience

This was my family’s first time visiting Branson and Christene went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. She stayed in constant communication from booking until checkout, making sure we had everything we needed while staying in their property. Check-in was super easy and she was very thorough in explaining how to locate the property. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. I let Christene know that my family and I were traveling to Branson for my daughters cheer competition, and she provided a list of family friendly activities. She also recommended several restaurants — we were able to try a few and they were delicious! Overall, my family and I had a great first experience in Branson as well as a great experience at this property. Would definitely recommend and will rebook for any future visits.

Very good family value

Everything was very nice…with one notable exception. My wife and I stayed with my friend and his wife. Although the description said that it was a two bedroom, the reality is that it is one bedroom plus a loft with a bed. Since there is no door to make the loft private, the downstairs couple couldn’t feel comfortable using any portion of the apartment other than their bedroom, or the couple in the loft would be awakened. Also, the couple in the loft had no certainty of privacy. There was no door to keep bedroom sounds from the living room and kitchen. Probably not a big deal for a small family, but pretty limiting for two couples who expected two bedrooms, as is advertised.

Great location, super clean, amazing host

The week we chose ended up with snow, ice, and below 0 temps. This condo was never cold! We had no issues out of the water either. It was equipped well enough for me to cook a Christmas dinner for my boys. Our dogs were accommodated (and we apologize to all neighbors if they barked too much, we had to keep them in doors the entire trip and they had a lot of energy). Internet was blazing fast which was great for the Xbox during our snow days. The place was super clean. The owner took the suggestions I had, such as a humidifier, to heart. There is an air purifier in the living room as well! Excellent beds and bedding. Short drive to the strip but other options near by if you want to avoid the traffic. I hope to come back to this condo during nicer weather and take advantage of the marina and back deck.
