This San Diego studio is in the perfect location to be close to everything. Enjoy the vibrant urban setting in downtown San Diego while being close to an array of parks, the San Diego Zoo, and Pacific Beach.

Inside this downtown studio, guests will find a stylish and cozy living room, complete with a sectional and a wall mounted TV. Cook quality meals in the fully functional kitchenette which includes a two burner stove, coffee maker, microwave, sink, and a mini fridge. Eat together at the breakfast nook, or take your meal out to the spacious, furnished deck and enjoy your meal in the fresh air. At night, rest your head in the bedroom, which also includes a TV and an ensuite bathroom.

Very cozy stay
This spot felt super comfortable had everything we needed. Felt more like a small 1 bedroom apartment but with even better parking. House was gated with automatic gate opener and parking in the backyard made it feel even more secure. There is a lot of homeless people but we never got bothered by anyone. Much preferred this place over a hotel. We slept good and had a lot of natural light. The little stove and fridge did the job just fine and kitchen came with everything we needed to make breakfast. The big grill on the patio was a plus even though we didn’t get a chance to use it .

Escape from streets.
Nestled in downtown amidst the tent city. San Diego has really lost its charm with homeless all over the street. This is actually a historic building and was a good experience all in all. This was a clean apartment in a gated area close to everything and a short walk to Petco park. Has a small electric stove so you can cook a couple steaks. Large balcony area with a propane bbq so it's nice to enjoy some solitude and sunshine.

Cute but Noisy
Very cute place, like new. Just like it looks. Distance away from things is great. Sketchy neighborhood though in the middle of what sounds like raceways. Very noisy traffic all night long.

Bushes caused damages to car.
Very loud right off the freeway. Right in the middle of homeless camps. Thorny bushes in driveway scratched my rental car and I had to pay for damages.
