Our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house features a backyard that is your own private OASIS. With the lanai spanning the entire back of the house, you will have plenty of room to swim in the heated pool with three FOUNTAINS, relax in the HOT TUB with a waterfall into the pool, nap in the lounge chairs with palm trees overhead, and eat outdoors with plenty of sunshine all around. We meticulously maintain our property and love inviting guests into our home. We pride ourselves on a quick, friendly communication with you. When we bought our first house in Cape Coral/Fort Myers, we knew wanted more family to enjoy this location with us. Our brother fell in love with the area and bought this house in the same location. And, the location is perfect. WORLD CLASS BEACHES within 30 minutes, yet our backyard is where we spend the majority of the time – seeing palm trees in the sunshine while swimming with the fountains and waterfall or relaxing with the hot tub with stars overhead…this is place you need to experience. We are closer to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island that some that live in Fort Myers. Soccer and Softball fields are within walking distance. All the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Cape Coral are just 2 miles away. Our local beach is only 9 minutes away – complete with a pier, playground, and restaurant – right on the water. Our SunLit Paradise is large enough to accommodate many family and friends, yet cozy enough for a smaller group. We welcome you to stay a week or month to enjoy the location and lifestyle that we fell in love with immediately.

The professionally landscaped house with plenty of palm trees, also has a mango tree for you to enjoy in season, has an open-concept feel with the kitchen being the center of the house that overlooks the massive great room with vaulted ceilings. As soon as you walk in the front door, you will notice the quiet and cozy sitting area, with Crate & Barrel chairs, that highlights our “Frame” TV – a digital picture that can be changed to suit your vibe that also can be a TV. Just like how the TV can transform, this room can transform into a card table gaming room by flipping over the table surface. The entry way will lead you into the massive kitchen and great room where the heart of activity will take place. Enjoy our 100% genuine Natuzzi leather sofas to the swivel chair that can face any direction…whether the sitting area, dining table, or the 65 inch massive Smart Roku TV. The kitchen boasts of stainless steel appliances and equipped to make plenty of meals. High-speed internet throughout the house will keep you entertained from the board games, books, or outdoor games. Enjoy plenty of light, open air, sunshine, and outdoor living outside in the lanai. The Master Suite is quite large and spacious with a King bed and walk in closet. It also has a two chairs for a comfortable sitting area. The other bedrooms boast of one King bed, and another has a Queen bed. Kids (or kids at heart) will enjoy the bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds with one trundle underneath for everyone to feel cozy together. Our neighborhood is located in Pelican and less than a half mile to the Pelican Baseball and Soccer Complexes and 2 miles to the heart of Cape Coral.

Bicycles to explore the many parks and shops close by or to take on the many bike trails throughout Cape Coral. Two Kayaks with a portable transport for your car/SUV allow you to explore the world famous canals when you put in at a public boat launch (a few miles away).

Table tennis with wheels that can be set up indoors or outdoors...wherever you want to be. Horseshoes to play in the large enclosed private backyard.

In addition to all the palm trees professionally landscaped throughout, there is a beautiful Mango tree in the backyard. Please eat when in season....the mangos are delicious.

FOUR bedrooms - 2 King bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and two sets of bunk beds for everyone to be accommodated. Smart TVs are located in all bedrooms.

This house has been completely renovated in 2022- new paint, new flooring, new bedding, new ceiling fans, new light fixtures, new dishes and new decor throughout the house.

Our completely private, fenced in backyard features a mango tree. The mangos are in season in late June/early July.

Lastly, our neighborhood is extremely safe, but we have two monitored security cameras on the premises that look out at the property lines. One is in the front of the home facing the driveway, the other is in the back monitoring the fence line. The Arlo doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. These cameras cannot be shut down or turned off. All external cameras are disclosed in our descriptions and intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests who stay there. Upon arrival we may count the number of guests entering the home and ensure occupancy limits are being followed; just as a personal greeter would do. Cameras are not viewed while guests are vacationing at the home unless we are expecting service providers, which guests would also be made aware or we receive any messages from neighbors about excessive noise, too many vehicles or pets on the property. Turning off, adjusting, or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules and guest will be asked to leave the property immediately. If you should have additional questions or concerns about the security of the home be sure to contact us before booking the property.
