Historic Beach House - 5 minute walk to Pleasure Pier!

The space: This is the downstairs unit that is part of a triplex, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs units. Originally built in 1910, this home is part of the Silk Stocking historic district. Although the space has been updated, it still retains its old-world charm and inviting feel. Walk through the front door and experience the 2 large sitting areas with a large dining room table. (Room for 6) There is also a large kitchen stocked with all cookware ready for any occasion. This unit has 2 bedrooms – 1 holds a king bed while the other bedrooms is outfitted with 2 twin beds. You will also find a private laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outside of the house you will find a common area outfitted with a fire pit, BBQ and ample sitting area. Cook smores over the fire to cap off a long day at the beach or fire up the BBQ to cook a relaxing dinner for the evening under the string lights.

The Location: Situated in the middle of many attractions, you will find lots of entertainment within walking distance. Enjoy an easy 5 minute walk to pleasure pier or sit down at one of the many fantastic restaurants that surround it. The strand, where the cruise ship terminals are located, is a quick 5 minute drive. The house is also located very conveniently to the trolly drop off areas. The trolly’s run throughout the east part of the island, will take you to the strand or down sea wall.

Things to know: There is a ring doorbell on the exterior door of the house. There are 4 cameras on the exterior of the house covering the common areas, there are no cameras inside the house.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee of $20 - per dog per night. * Please note, we do not allow any other type of animals including cats.
There is ample street parking available.
