Easy, comfortable and clean

The condo is in a great location to Branson and Table Rock Lake. I have stayed at Point Royal before but this was the first time at this particular condo. I must say this was by far the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable VRBO rental in Point Royal. I would highly recommend

Wedding in Branson

Perfect Vacation Rental

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The place was perfect!There was plenty of room for our family. The interior was very modern with a nice relaxing color palette. The beds were super comfortable! We give this place 5+ stars!!!!!!!

Clean, beautiful "home away from home"

We stayed in the condo with our 3 granddaughters over Christmas and again over their spring break in March. The condo is clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. Mark and Susan have been immediately responsive to any request we had. In December we were surprised to find the condo decorated for Christmas including a full-sized Christmas tree. Our granddaughters were thrilled with the setting as were we! I must add that the condo is wonderful for me as there are no stairs!

Great place to stay. Very clean and homey. Worked great for our family of 5. Indoor pool, pickleball courts and basketball courts were fun for the kids. Just a short drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Was working in Springfield with my son and even though it was "off season", we came for a little R&R after a hard week. I'm not sure why people don't come in the early months but it's such a great place to relax. It's quiet and beautiful. The unit was clean, spacious and there just wasn't a thing wrong with it. There were no communication issues, booking issues...nothing. Thanks for a great stay, it was a great place to unwind!

What a wonderful home!

This property was beautiful! You can tell Mark and Susan take pride in their home away from home! The community was safe. We never had a worry! The location is close to everything but far enough away you’re not in the hustle and bustle of Branson! We will check out this property again!

Wonderfully charming and spacious

This is the most delightful condo we have stayed at in Point Royale. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The master bed was so comfortable. I loved our lighted Christmas tree and charming holiday decor. We had every amenity to make our weekend stay comfortable, and the check-out protocol was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

A Little Christmas Getaway

We are returning guests. Stayed here last year and loved it. Knew then we would return. It added such Christmas cheer to the season. Very comfortable condo and hosts are very easy to work with. We spent ten nights following Thanksgiving in this property and enjoyed it very much. The condo is well maintained, and the owner checked a couple of times to see if we needed anything. The condo was decorated tastefully for Christmas. Lighting in each space was better than we have encountered many times in other properties--allowing our 'mature' eyes to read comfortably. Highly recommend this property!

The best!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was tastefully decorated with everything you would need. We have stayed in many condos and this one definitely exceeded our expectations. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils and the little coffee bar was a nice added bonus. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms and closets are very spacious. This condo also offers a sleeper sofa and was amazed that it was actually comfortable unlike many others that you can literally feel the springs in the mattress. The owners are wonderful and I promise this place won’t disappoint.

What an awesome place to stay

I can’t say enough about this condo. Mark and Susan have done a superb job making this condo feel like home. It’s within minutes of everything Branson and is just a real great place to stay. It is furnished with a family in mind and the whole place is as homey as you’d expect in Branson. We already booked our Christmas vacation here since we lived it so much.

Great family condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. The toys for the kids were a huge plus! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything you need. I also loved all the labeling and instructions for how to use the TVs. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family stayed for the week. 2 adults & 2 teen boys. It was home away from home. I would give 10 stars. Communication excellent. Check in easy. From the moment we walked in we knew we choose the perfect place. Everything was thought of!! The furnishings were comfortable and no details over looked. Extremely clean. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The condo amenities were fabulous. We loved the pool, hot tub and tiki bar/restaurant right on the property. The teens loved the workout room. The back porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The condo is short drive to the attractions but far enough away to relax from a busy day. We highly recommend staying here, we didn’t want to leave. Best accommodations!

Girls weekend

My daughters and I had a girls weekend in Branson and the condo was wonderful! Decorated tastefully and was so very clean! Not one complaint at all! The bar and coffee bar was nice and we loved the leather furniture….we each had our own recliner to lounge in at the end of the day. Very cozy and had all the conveniences of home. The pool & hot tub felt great after a day of shopping. We even visited the geese that were gathered down at the lake!
