Nicely renovated 3 bedrooms home with heated pool only 5 min away from Atlantic Blvd and Pompano Beach Pier. Amazing outdoor area facing the water with paddle boards.
STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTIES! NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS AT THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. ONLY THE GUESTS CONFIRMED IN THE BOOKING ARE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT.

The pool is heated and facing the canal where you can find paddle boards to go on a nice relaxing ride.

You will need a car to get around. There are 4 parking spaces in the driveway. YOU CAN'T PARK MORE THAN 4 CARS AND YOU CAN'T PARK ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE STREETS OR ON THE GRASS.
