About this property

This newly constructed 2 Story Victorian Style Home welcomes you with a spacious front porch area to relax and unwind. This peaceful get away is a short drive only 90 minutes from DC/Northern VA and Richmond ! We're proud to have been named nicest place in VA in 2018 & 2019 and strive to provide you with that Quaint Beach Experience.

An open floorplan, with ample natural lighting, Beautiful Laminate Wood Flooring, Comfortable Home Interior Setting to allow your family to enjoy time together and space to relax, work in the office area and enjoy a cook out in the backyard.

The main level provides an entry level primary bedroom , with private bathroom, double vanities, stand up shower and soaking tub. The main level living area provides living room with smart TV, open kitchen area with bar top and seating area to entertain the cook while meals are being prepared with a separate dining area that has access to the spacious front porch area.

The laundry room and additional half bath is off of the main living area.

Upstairs on the 2nd level floor, you will find an office area that will provide a desk for the remote worker or student. The wireless internet will accommodate streaming and computer access.

The additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor will provide a king bedroom and twin bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom provides two separate vanity areas with a tub/shower combo.

This home provides ample closet space and laundry area.

The backyard allows you to entertain the family with a firepit and charcoal grilling area. Outdoor Seating is available! We are pet friendly with approval and restrictions, please provide your pet breed and size during your reservation booking request.
Pet Friendly, 1 Dog maximum no more than 25lbs and no cats.

We are located 5 minutes from the main beach attractions and restaurants. The town is golf cart friendly and rentals are available to reserve with delivery services for your convenience.

Our home provides all bed and bathroom linens for your convenience, 2 Coffee Pot Options for the filter and cup preferences, paper products for the bath and kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea pantry items.

Family getaway

It is the perfect location for a quiet getaway a few minutes from the Potomac shore. The house is nicely situated and spacious in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

We had a long-weekend, family vacation and celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday. The house was perfect, clean, and the location was great. The kids loved the big bean bag in the living room!

Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at the property. Very clean, with updated kitchen and good layout overall. Good location within minutes to the beach area by golf cart (recommended).

Perfect stay!

Beautiful house! Everything was spotlessly cleaned and comfortable. It was close to all the fun colonial beach restaurants but located in a quiet neighborhood. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway spot for a quiet week

Lovely home that is nicely furnished and extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Cindy was very responsive to our questions. The small home office was perfect for Zoom and Teams meetings. Staying here was a highlight of our visit to Colonial Beach.

Mother's Day Get Away

Everything was great! I think this was a new build so a few items to note: The 1/4 round at the top of the stairs is coming off The seal on bottom of primary bath shower coming off Might want to put blinds or curtains in living room and dining room

Very nice property. It was comfortable and the property manager was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The only thing I'd recommend is maybe add some end tables or chest of drawers in the bedrooms.

Relaxing quiet retreat

This house was immaculately clean and updated and located on a quiet street near town. Loved that the main bedroom was downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The beds were comfy but the sheets and bedding could be upgraded. We brought our small dog, but the yard is only partially fenced so we couldn’t just let her outside. There is limited parking. We had 1 car and a rental golf cart and filled the parking space. Overall this property had everything we needed for a relaxing fun weekend in Colonial Beach. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the new/clean pet-friendly home!

New house and appliances about a 3-4 minute drive to the beach. We were impressed by the thought and attention to details the owners put into the house… it had everything we needed! (Minus extra trash bags which we couldn’t find). But overall we had a great time! Thank you for being so pet friendly and accommodating!

The stay was great nothing was out of place it felt like home. Cleanliness and communication was great. The only thing is that it mentioned a hot tub & when I got there was no hot tub I was puzzled. I thought maybe I was wrong but when I read the instructions for checking in/out it mentioned hot tub however I didn’t address the issue and I should have.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Master, Excellent Property Manger.

We have family that live in Colonial Beach and have been visiting for 30+ years. It is a cute little town, quiet and peaceful. You you want to get away for some rest and relaxation, this is a great place to consider. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I have a bad back and there are memory foam mattresses toppers on the beds. Coffee maker and keurig. Beautiful kitchen if you like to cook. Office if you need a quiet place to work. Open and airy! Master on the first floor!!! We will book again!

Nice new house

The house seems recently built and was quiet and clean. No curtains in the oublic rooms. I recommend bringing your own washcloth, as they were scarce. Ceiling fan in Master didn't work and strangely the a/c vents in two of the bedrooms were wide open but no air blew in and they were hot. One BR down and 2 BRs up. Lots of space for all and the house is laid out nicely. Short walk ip the hill to a fantastic view and quiet, friendly neighbors.

Beautiful home for families large and small

This home is beautiful! Very bright, open floor plan on 1st floor... tons of room for our little one to explore and run around. Having a master/king bedroom and bath on the 1st floor made living easy with a little one. The upstairs also has a king room, and 2 twins room with another full bath. Plenty of space for families small or large and still room for privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, we were never left looking for anything. My only suggestion would be some sort of drawers for the bedrooms so you don't need to live out of your suitcases. The closets were huge, but didn't want to hang up every item we brought. We will definitely be returning... thank you for sharing your home with us!
