Edgewater Resort amenities include a Huge Lagoon Pool with Rock Waterfall, 10 pools and 4 Hot Tubs, a 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course, 11 Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Pickleball, Basketball, Spa and Fitness Facility. A walking bridge gives direct beach access.
Keyless entry code will be text to guest a few days prior to stay.
A $70 Registration fee in not included in your reservation. A week prior to your stay a link will be sent to you for registering with the resort. This includes a parking pass and a wristband for each guest. Additional parking passes can be purchased at that time.

We are a couple of teachers from Missouri and bought a beach villa to have some warm, relaxing getaways. We enjoy all the amenities at Edgewater and hope you do also!

We are seafood junkies and what an amazing town to get the best seafood.
What makes this property unique
We manage our villa so we can have a hands on approach to welcome each guest via messages and make sure there is a hands on approach if you need anything. We also talk with our cleaners weekly to make sure everything is done and ready for new guests.
