About this property
Gorgeous Modern Craftsman in Downtown White Salmon
Brand newly built townhouse with beautiful light and decorated with the intention to make you feel comfortable in luxury. Explore the quaint, beautiful town of White Salmon and the exciting adventures in the area. It is a 3-minute drive to the toll bridge to Hood River.
Upstairs is 1 master bedroom with an attached full bath and separate entrance for the smaller 2nd bedroom. Downstairs has 1/2 bath, gourmet kitchen, beautiful dining area, cozy living room, 2 outdoor patios to dine, and parking.
The space:
This townhome was recently built with so much thought put into it. Every single finishing touch was meticulously curated by the owners who are the craftsmen and designers of the home. You and your friends/family can gather here and create memories indoors in the beautiful space and outdoor on the back patio. You'll enjoy cozy furniture and nice decoration throughout. The downstairs in the living and kitchen is arranged to create an open communal vibe with a sliding door leading to the back outdoor patio that makes for indoor/outdoor living. Relax at home with a fully stocked kitchen, movies on the couch, surfing the web with fast wifi, reading your favorite book, and soaking in the large bathtub. You can take a very short walk (two blocks) into the quaint downtown of White Salmon on Jewett Blvd. where you will find delicious restaurants, a supermarket, White Salmon Bakery (one of the best bakeries in the world), famous Everybody's brewery, library, bars, shopping, and a short drive (3 minutes to the bridge) to explore the charming town of Hood River.
Upstairs is one master bedroom with a cozy queen bed, 2 large closets, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller with a queen bed and closet. It might be small but it is very cozy and can fit a couple, kids or single person. There is a separate entrance into the master bathroom for the second bedroom.
Please note that there is a $2 toll bridge to and from Hood River. If you plan to stay awhile and make multiple trips a day back and forth I suggest looking into the BreezeBy pass where it is $1 each way rather than $2. You will need to set this up before your stay so they can mail you the transponder device that includes your license plate information. This takes a few days to receive. Look up BreezeBy Pass in Port Of Hood River.
Guest access:
Please park only in front of townhouse 461 or in the alley behind the townhouse. You will see parking for 461. 2 cars can fit in the back and one on the street in front of 461. When you park in the back please follow the pathway around the right side of the house to enter through the front door.
Other things to note:
Please be mindful of the noise in the evenings if you are dining outside and please close the front door lightly. The noise barrier between the townhouses is excellent and you will most never hear the neighbors except that you can hear if the door slams.

About the host
Hosted by Kaycee
Hi! I'm Kaycee, I fell in love with White Salmon years ago and wanted to provide a cozy space for visitors to enjoy a luxurious stay while exploring the outdoors.
Why they chose this property
This property was built in 2020 by my family friends. They built it with so much care and focus on detail. I helped build the foundation and frame the entire townhouse! We chose the finishing touches with the thought that it would timeless and last forever.
