Beautiful home and great location
We had a big group for a girls weekend and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The location was great for everything we did on our trip. The hosts thought of everything. Lots of beach stuff for us to use including chairs and umbrellas. There was an amazing coffee and tea bar as well. Loved it!

Lovely Beach Townhouse!
Lovely townhouse with short walk to the beach (4/5 blocks/under 10 min). Very nice house, very clean and the host is friendly and responsive. The townhouse itself is 3 floors, but they do have an elevator. Parking for 4 cars. 4 bedrooms (1 on each floor with two on the 2nd floor). 2 of the bedrooms are a double bed with a twin trundle. The only potential flaw is there seems to be a rooster next door that will let you know it's time to rise.

This was the best rental my family has ever stayed in! The home was very clean and had everything you may need, and the fully stocked coffee bar was a pleasant surprise. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Relaxing Beach House
A very clean new 3 story duplex. As a family of 6 it was very enjoyable and had everything we needed it in. It had games for the family/kids, books to read, tv's to enjoy, and comfortable beds. Not to mention again it was very clean! Would recommend this place to any group or family. Close to Beach and within driving range to plenty of good places to eat!

Oasis Vacay for the Kings
When I first walked in I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the unit. Using the keypad for this technology challenged person was ultra easy. The whole family loved the property and said it was the Perfect vacation!! Enjoyed the town of Carolina Beach and the Boardwalk immensley. Will definitely return in the future.

Not Welcoming
This property is brand new so it’s very clean and the owners have signs everywhere reminding you of that. The garage was nice to have access to. The property is pretty well decorated and not overly beachy. It’s close enough to walk to the beach. Every bedroom has a bathroom except the top floor queen bedroom, which has a bath right outside the door. The positives pretty much end there. At every turn and on every floor there are signs and reminders that guests aren’t to disturb anything. Furniture is to be kept covered, shoes cannot be worn inside, you cannot leave a vehicle or golf cart on the grass for even a moment, and the kitchen is covered in signs reminding you not to steal. It’s not welcoming at all and borderline offensive. The kitchen is on the third floor. It’s very inconvenient if you want to hang out outside. You also have to haul any groceries up three flights of stairs. And if you want to grill or eat outside you have to run back and forth between the grill out back and the third floor kitchen. Based solely on the instructions posted to the door, the elevator is a multi step process that requires you to “listen for a click”. It never worked, instead the phone inside the elevator we couldn’t use rang constantly. We assume that a prior user tried to call for help or something and it wasn’t reset. (Also there’s a sign that if you mess up the elevator your banned from using it the rest of your stay.) if you’re hoping the stairs and third floor kitchen will be worth it due to an epic view - the view is a mobile home park. Exhausting, annoying, and not worth it. We reported that on arrival some items were damaged. Including a single corn hole bean bag, a chair was wobbly, the elevator, and a bathroom door didn’t close. They charged us even though we weren’t the ones that damaged them. Pretty incredible to be charged for damage that we didn’t do! I guess the tip here is to not report anything. The master bedroom comes equipped with several books on how to not fairly pay taxes and how to make money in real estate, which are interesting choices to display for guests in a vacation rental. We would never stay here again and don’t recommend it. We felt like we were walking on egg shells the entire time trying not bring in a speck of sand or dirt (we even hosed off the turf in the back yard before we left just in case) and the layout was just terribly inconvenient. Just a hard no on this place and the owners.

Oasis is truly an oasis!
The Oasis was a great location for our 2022 family vacation. It had everything we needed for our stay.- clean, well stocked and looked as shown in the pics! The host, Katelynn was super and responsive. We all agreed this is on our list for a future visit to Carolina Beach. Recommend renting a golf car to get around a bit easier.

Beautiful beach house
The beach house was fantastic and we would definitely stay again. Everything was very thoughtfully done from the amenities to decor, and it was clean and spacious. We especially appreciated having available at the house some of the bulkier items that are difficult to travel with such as beach cart, umbrella, and boogie boards.

Just wants as money they can get.
We stayed in their rental for a week and they claimed if we got insurance and informed them if anything got broken we were covered. I have two toddlers one 2 in bird broke and a book got water on it. We informed them and they said it was ok. We did the normal up keep clean of seven people by washing towels, dishes, vacuuming and picking up trash. As soon as we left she wrote a message that she gave us a five star review because we were so respectful and she hoped we would do the same. Less than twenty for hours later she is saying she is getting more money from us because sheets were not washed and a scuff on the wall. When we explained that away with the cleaning service fee she claimed we damaged the couch and the king bed mattress and all sheets. All theses claimed and we asked for proof. She never provided proof of king bed or couch. We know there was no damage that is why there is no proof. She only had proof of dirty towels, sheets and I’m not kidding like five pieces of trash. Once again we paid service fee insurance and cleaning fee. Laundry should be covered on cleaning. This just ruined our whole trip and it sucks to know people are this money hungry.

Great Location. Amazing Property. Phenomenal Host!
This delightful house is the perfect for a stay in Carolina Beach. The location is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach is somehow both in a fun lively neighborhood and yet was so quiet and felt secluded. Katelynn was a great host. Communication was great, her response time was fast, and her instructions are crystal clear. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, Katelynn has put a lot of care into decorating the place, Awesome kitchen amenities. The rooms are big, super comfortable beds and furniture. me and my friends loved every moment of our stay. Any guest would be lucky to book their place.

Amazing!!!!
This is by far one of the VERY best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! It had all the convenience's of home from top brand shampoos, conditioner, and soap to makeup wipes, cotton swabs and EVEN HAIR TIES!!! Walking distance to the beach, a super comfy living space with several outdoor spaces to lounge around or play a board game! They have an entire library of books to choose from in different halls and rooms including activities and books for kids! This place is bigger than it looks and was so great we did not want to leave! Hosts are amazing and very attentive to details in making a guest comfortable, they’re helpful and kind! We can’t wait to go back!
