Sehr nettes Häuschen

Sehr nettes Häuschen. Küche unglaublich gut ausgestattet, das habe ich schon anders erlebt. Zusatzdecken in den schränken falls es doch zu kühl ist. Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären mega. Das Häuschen knarzt ordentlich da die Treppe und das Obergeschoss viel Holz verbaut ist, aber auch das fand ich nicht störend. In der Dusche unten läuft das Wasser mehr als schlecht ab, so dass erstmal das halbe Bad geflutet ist nach Benutzung. Es waren auch einige Spinnweben hier und da zu sehen an den Wänden. Und generell beim durchfegen nach einem Tag Aufenthalt kam schon viel Dreck zusammen, ein paar Tierhaare und ein Hundeleckerli unter dem Bett waren garantiert nicht von unseren Kindern. Ich würde trotzdem immer wieder kommen, evtl direkt am Anreisetag mal durchfegen und wischen obwohl das bei 85 Euro Reinigungspauschale ( egal wie lange man dort ist) auch mal drin sein sollte zu wischen und Spinnweben zu entfernen.

Das Haus muss dringend saniert werden, die Möbel gehen z.T. schon auseinander, z.B. die Schubladen im Schlafzimmer. Sie sollten unbedingt wissen, dass das Haus an einer Durchgangstrasse liegt, der Verkehrslärm war meistens so groß, dass man auf der Terrasse sein eigenes Wort nicht verstand. Sie sollten ebenfalls unbedingt nicht bei Travento buchen, diese Agentur verlangt über 1000,- € mehr als der Besitzer. Obwohl das Haus für 8 Personen angeboten wird, berechnet Travento ab der 5. Person Extrakosten, bei uns waren dies Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 12 Jahren, für die wir extra bezahlen mussten. Diese Agentur sollte man nicht in Anspruch nehmen.
