Perfect location, perfect for 2

The Pink Conch is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and offers nice breezes throughout the day. I am very picky and even the toaster was spotless. Curtis responded immediately to a Wi-Fi reset, we saw a turtle in the bay from the pool, and the outside shower is amazing. We have been to St John 5 times and this is one of our favorite houses to stay in.

Home away from home

This will be our 3rd time staying at Pink Conch. It has become our home away from home in paradise! The villa is amazing, best location, close to town, view is exceptional! Well appointed villa with everything you may need or want! Easy booking, communication, arrival and departure! We would book this villa again and any villa Curtis may offer in the future! There is even a sweet resident kitty that visits daily! We give this villa 5 stars all around!

Great view but not great service.

The villa was beautiful however the service wasn’t great. We got to red hook and the owner forgot about picking us up as we called him when we landed in St. Thomas. There was no propane for the grill and no laundry pods. We ran out of paper towels as it only provided one roll for the week. So we gave up asking the owner for more paper towels. My son got his foot cut from a piece of glass that was in the pool. We lost power several times and there’s no back up generator. We had ordered groceries prior to getting there and we had to bring some of them to a friend’s villa so they wouldn’t get spoiled since we had no power. Next time I would suggest central air through out a villa only the bedrooms had central air. The villa was beautiful but I don’t think we would stay at this one again.

Overall a great experience

I would stay at the Pink Conch again. The property in general is just a slight bit worn but still clean and a very nice place. The views from the patio and the pool are fantastic! Location was perfect. Would have preferred better communication with the host especially upon our arrival. Overall very happy with our stay.

Outstanding view with excellent hosts!

This property is amazing! The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and the view of the bay was outstanding! We enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio in the mornings before heading out for the day. The same incredible view can be seen from the outdoor showers which are located off each bedroom. Super cool! The hosts were communicative and accommodating. Thank you, Curtis and Myrtle! We rented our Jeep through Curtis, as well. It was an easy and streamlined process. We were picked up at the ferry with the Jeep and brought to the home. At departure, we were dropped off at the ferry. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Perfect Stay

Pink Conch was just as I hoped. House was clean and well appointed, had a beautiful view of Great Cruz Bay and a very nice pool. We rented a Bronco from the owners and were allowed to park at their office lot when going into Cruz Bay town which was very helpful. House was gated and although the driveway was steep we had no issues. Being close to Star Market was good for provisions. Highly recommend this owner and house.

Beautiful views

We truly enjoyed staying at the pink conch. Curtis was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The home was clean and very comfortable. We loved spending late afternoons in the pool. Curtis was a great captain for a day on his boat!

Special time in St John

Great stay on St. John

Pink Conch is a lovely villa, identical to its neighbor, Bombalassey, where we have also stayed. The house is comfortable and functional. The furniture is updated. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. The welcome basket with snacks and drinks was welcome, and having a new sponge, dishtowel and all cleaning supplies was so helpful. The best part of the house is the patio with comfortable chaises and a jungle pool, overlooking Great Cruz Bay. It's so fun to watch all the boat action on the bay and to enjoy the glorious sunrises. Curtis is very attentive if needed and he came right away to fix a screen. We rented a Jeep from Curtis which was very convenient.

Perfect Villa

View, location, smart layout! As an owner who for many years rented our properties in STJ I am biased as to what constitutes a great villa. Villa Pink Conch is absolutely wonderful. Nestled above Great Cruz Bay the view and breezes are exceptional, the house is well appointed and property management is easily accessible. Have already recommended this wonderful home to friends!

Paradise found!

This was our second time staying at Pink conch. This time was just me and my husband. The Villa is perfectly situated with great views, great location that is close to town and easy access to beaches/restaurants/grocery, etc. The Villa has everything you could possibly need and/or want! Peaceful at night, and a lot of boat activity in the day to watch! The privacy of the pool and house is just perfect! We enjoyed both of our visits at this house, one earlier with a larger group, and this time just the two of us. Curtis and Myrtl and their daughter Kiarah were all the best hosts and ambassador’s to the island of St. John! We will definitely be back and stay at Pink conch again!

Beautiful views of Great Cruz Bay

The Pink Conch had everything we needed and more. The views were incredible. We used the pool nightly and explored the island and beaches by day in the Jeep we (conveniently) rented from Curtis. We also enjoyed a day on the water (BVI) captained by Curtis. Curtis’s daughter picked us up when we arrived and got us settled. She also made sure we got back to our departure area when we left. We had a great time and will be back!

Anniversary trip

The Pink Conch is a perfect house and location. This is our second time renting the house. Hopefully the next time will be sooner than 5 years. Curtis and his crew make everything seem less. From Jeep rental to any questions we needed answered they are always there promptly.

Great place for a getaway!

Pink Conch is a great place to get away from it all. The view of Cruz bay is amazing. When we weren’t out exploring the island, we enjoyed our time sitting outside relaxing on the deck and enjoying the pool. You couldn’t ask for a better setting for a vacation.

Perfect size and location

Perfect 2 bedroom villa for a small group! All amenities included, beautiful view, private pool, all day breezes throughout the living area, no need for a/c, but nice a/c in bedrooms! Great location, close proximity to town. Very quiet and peaceful!

Everything you need for a relaxing stay

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property and the hosts could not have been more gracious and kind. We enjoyed being close to town and the easy process of renting a Jeep from Curtis and Myrtle to explore the beaches (Maho Bay and Salt Pond Bay were our favorites). The house had everything we needed from coolers to chairs to pack up and explore for an afternoon (with a pre-teen and a teenager, we used the splash pool in the morning while they were still snoozing :)) I highly recommended this property!

The perfect family vacation!

We loved our stay at The Pink Conch! The Villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in was so easy! Curtis and Mrytle went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Not only did curtis provide us with a phenomenal villa, he also provided us with a jeep rental for the week and an amazing boat excursion which needed up being the highlight of our trip.
