The first floor serves as a spectacular outdoor space with a private pool and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with select appliances, a gas range, designer cabinetry, and beautiful granite countertops. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8 and bar seating for 4. French doors open on to a balcony with sweeping Gulf views and table seating for 8. The living room itself has plenty of comfy seating and a vast flat-screen TV. The second floor is also home to two guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with 2 full beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the third floor, you will find a second living space which also features a flatscreen TV and a sleeping area with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Here you’ll find another 3 guest bedrooms—all with queen beds. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom also has a shared bathroom—but with a shower only. Open the doors to the balcony and you’ll find a swing bed and sofa with stunning Gulf views.

The fourth floor is something truly transcendent. Here you’ll find a primary bedroom with a private bath with a shower only, as well as a living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The French doors open on to the balcony with sweeping Gulf views.
