Vreselijk vies appartement

Werkelijk alles in dit appartement is smerig. Stoffige vloer in de slaapkamers, overal spinrag, de badkamer te goor voor woorden, de groente van de vorige bewoners zat aan de keukenmuur geplakt. Echt ranzig gewoon

Schlecht gepflegte, in die Jahre gekommene muffige Wohnung mit fehlerhafter Beschreibung auf Fewo

Diese Wohnung hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, v. a. die Dusche war ungepflegt und schmutzig. Das größere Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls voller Spinnweben und sehr staubig, der Boden war schlecht gereinigt. Insgesamt roch das Zimmer muffig und es war klamm und feucht. Die Küche war weitgehend in Ordnung, aber auch hier gab es zwei Schubladen, die schmutzig waren und wohl schon länger nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden sind. Außerdem vermissten wir eine ausreichende Anzahl an Weingläsern. Im Wohnzimmer war ein Sonnenrollo kaputt. Besonders ärgerlich ist die Beschreibung: Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. Wir fanden eine ungepflegte Terrasse vor (abegrissene Mückennetze, schmutzige Fensterbänke, vertrockneter Strauch, Unkraut), keinen Sonnenschirm. Den mit Gras bewachsenen, nicht gemähten Erdhügel als Garten zu bezeichnen ist mehr als irreführend. Wir waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht und erwarten für die angesprochenen Mängel, die wir auch per Foto dokumentiert haben, einen Ausgleich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis zueinander.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Tiefenbach ist ein schön gelegener Stadtteil von Oberstdorf, klein und ruhig, nicht weit von der Breitachklamm. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Viele Wanderziele sind von hier mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z. B. Pfannen, Töpfe). Für schlechtes Wetter gibt es eine große Spiel - und DVD Sammlung. Internet ist wohl mittlerweile vorhanden, hat aber während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Eine kleine Terrasse kann genutzt werden. Würden wieder kommen.
