About this property

Beaver Valley Modernized Farmhouse on 100 Acres

Experience the beauty of the sweeping views of the Beaver Valley in our renovated 1920’s farmhouse. Where old meets new, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, great room with entertainment amenities, comfortable sleeping quarters, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows.
A short drive to a setting in paradise with the comforts of home (less than 2 hours from Toronto).
Welcome!

Our beautiful, four season, family farmhouse is situated on 100 acres of ecologically diverse and protected land. Outdoor living and experience are a must at the farm. A large firepit surrounded by gardens is the perfect setting for marshmallow roasts. This amazing property has an in-ground swimming pool with views of the valley. A poolside outdoor sofa set overlooks the pool and is set in the shade under a live pergola. When enjoying the grounds, keep your eyes open for dairy cattle grazing in the distance on the property.

Entire Farmhouse, outdoor gardens and pool.
The garage and other outbuildings are not for guest access.

We are available for contact should any concerns or questions arise - we aim to deliver the optimal stay experience!

This ‘ideal retreat’ welcomes guests with close proximity to the communities’ rich food, art and activity culture! Located within 25 minutes of these popular small towns: Clarksburg, Heathcote, Collingwood, Thornbury, Kimberley, Flesherton, Meaford, Markdale.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside only. Please take great care to avoid any damage or fire and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.

PETS are permitted with pre-approval from hosts. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and we ask that you bring their own bed (no dogs in human beds or on furniture please).

FIREPLACE: The fireplace is a wood-burning stove. Please use great care in operating the fireplace and ensure you have read the instructions in the Farmhouse Guest Guide prior to lighting a fire. The glass and surround is hot and children should be supervised while the fire is burning. There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

WATER: The farmhouse is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material or excessive amounts of toilet paper is flushed. Guests will be responsible for any damages arising out of failure to comply with this rule. The water from the tap is safe for consumption.

OUTDOOR FIREPIT: Outdoor fires are permitted if there is no fire ban in place for the region, however you must read the instructions contained in the Farmhouse Guest Guide.

OUTBUILDINGS: For your safety, we ask that you not go into any of the outbuildings. They are private and locked for guests’ safety.

KITCHEN: PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

BBQ: Please clean BBQ after each use to ensure you and future guests can enjoy.
