Beautiful three bedroom one and a half bath house with a large (non-heated) pool with nice sized baja step for relaxing and a hot tub (can be heated). Outdoor television, blue tooth speakers and heaters for the ultimate backyard experience. Central location close to downtown Phoenix. Walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. Comfortable house with everything you need for a great vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the bathroom through a sliding door. The 2nd bedroom has a twin trundle bed which can either be set up as a king bed or twin and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The house is eclectic with a mix of modern amenities and antiques throughout.
