Nice but old.

This is a nice little house in a good location. Just know that it’s an OLD house. It’s drafty and creaky. It’s close to everything in Santa Fe. The owners are super responsive and easy to deal with should anything arise.

Beautiful SW Getaway

Wow! This was a 5-star across the board experience! We love VRBO’s and stay in them often. This was one of my favorite homes I’ve ever booked. So many things: *all 3 bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, quiet, great mattresses, high quality sheets, etc *kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils (we ate in one night and it was a breeze making our meal), the piñon coffee provided was DELISH, everything was super clean! Also, thank you for the waters in the fridge! *having 2 large living areas was so nice! The big TV room was great for my son who wanted to stay up watching a movie…and I couldn’t hear him from my room when I went to sleep. *Gorgeous SW decor throughout the home. It truly is so lovely everywhere you look! *Spacious & clean bathrooms. Soft, comfy towels. And thank you for providing quality TP (I know that sounds silly…but it is appreciated!) *The gift was absolutely precious and so appreciated! Literally the most “above and beyond” experience! Highly highly recommend this property and these hostesses! They were kind and communicative. Hope to come back soon!

Clean and cozy

We loved this home! It was very clean and had all the coziness of home. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is an assortment of spices and cooking oils available for use. I would definitely rent this again and can easily recommend it to those considering a visit to Santa Fe. The home is about 15 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza.

A good home base

We had a great stay at this property. It’s central to everything in the area, from ABQ to Las Vegas, NM. We spent time throughout the region and it was always easy to get back to the house. The house has a lot of character and was very clean upon our arrival. Everything we needed was there for us, resulting in minimal purchases at Target. Communication with the property management company was great and consistent. We would stay here again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

The house was fine for all of us except my 90 year old mother. I believed the property to be all one level but there were 2 large steps that were quite challenging for her.

Everything you need....

We were very impressed that all the little details were tended to. We were there for 10 days and didn't have to buy anything but food...everything else was there...from condiments down to batteries. We were close to almost all shopping that we needed and close to major thoroughfares. I think the hosts are doing a great job and of course...love the 'Elvis' mosaic fence...you couldn't miss it in the neighborhood ;)

Summer in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The house was clean and well supplied. The host was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. The house and location were as expected per description. We were close to several parks in which to walk our dogs and frequently rode bikes into downtown. I was especially grateful for the NM cookbook they left for us. I tried several recipes over the summer. 😊 Thank you so much!

Girls Trip 2023

We loved this location. We fell in love with the beautiful mosaic tile wall while scrolling through all the listings. The backyard patio area was perfect for our evening chats. The home has all the supplies you will need. Everything was clean and sanitized. Lots of room. We hope to return soon.

Spacious, comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location, clean, all of the supplies you need. The beds were very comfortable. And the outdoor area was really nice with tables and a fire pit. They even provided starter wood for one fire. We would definitely stay here again! Be sure to check out the Santa Fe Plaza and eat at Plaza Cafe, take the high road to Taos to eat at the Aztec Grill near the plaza and see the Taos Pueblo, walk across the Rio Grande River Gorge bridge, and go to Bandelier National Monument to see the ancient cliff dwellings.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Southside. The house was fully stocked with just about everything you could need, the layout was nice (bedroom separated from living areas) and the house was very clean. Highly recommend!

Great rental experience in Sante Fe

We rented this property during Thanksgiving Week for a family get-together. The house was great. Everything was described accurately and we had no issues during our stay. The house was very clean and we had more room than we expected. The back yard was very large, perfect for our dogs. Communication with the owners was excellent. The owners have a 3-ring binder explaining the details of the property as well as recommendations for dining and other activities. We’ve rented many properties over the years and many have these binders from owners, but this one really stood out as being well-written and very useful. Overall we had a great experience.

Great Property

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe! The house was exactly as described in the online listing. It was very spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The check-in and check-out was a breeze. The management's communication was excellent. They provided great information prior to arrival that was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
