Take a load off and sink into your own private pool by the palm trees - this is where vacation starts. This cheerful, family-friendly home is all set up to be your relaxing home base. Relax with ease in the spa, lay back on the hammock, or enjoy a game of Ping-Pong out in the backyard. If you need a break from the sun, head inside to relax in the central air conditioning. Enjoy cooking up dinner in one of two full kitchens, each featuring full-size appliances for your convenience. Come together in the dining area inside, or take it outside if you just can't get enough fresh air. The spacious (and covered!) poolside patio is generously furnished for all your hangouts. Play your favorite tunes on the stereo and enjoy kicking back - you're on vacation now!

Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
