Sunbird Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach right next door to the World-Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This adorable one-bedroom condo sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico on the adorable balcony which has plenty of outdoor seating. There are 3 pools (one heated), a tennis court, and fitness center at this resort.

This Modern Coastal design condo is completely updated with a modern kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals while you are here. There is a dining table as well as seating at the bar. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while listening to the ocean waves. The bedroom features a king size bed and there is plenty of storage for clothing. The living room has ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV with cable. The bathroom is spacious and has a completely updated tile shower with access from the living room as well as the bedroom. The laundry room is located on the first floor by the elevators.

FREE BEACH CHAIRS: 2 Beach Chairs and umbrella are provided in your condo for you. No waiting in lines for beach service - set up wherever you want - use as long as you want.

Relax by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from the resort. There are several restaurants in walking distance as well as Wal-Mart across the street for grocery pickup or delivery.

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Condo 806E is located on the 8th floor at Sunbird Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $50 Registration fee on-site.

Very nice clean & updated condo

This condo was just as described. Very clean property. Condo is beautifully updated. I loved the modern beach decor. Elevator was super fast (unlike other places we've stayed). It was nice to have Pineapple Willys right next door. I would happily stay in this unit again.

A restful vacation

Our condominium in Panama City Beach was exactly what we hoped for; beautiful scenery, convenient location, and a great host.. We had a minor mechanical problem with the condo, and Farah went above and beyond in helping arrange a repair. You don't always see service like that, and we were grateful!

Our trip as well as the room itself was amazing!!

This condo is one of the nicest and most well kept that i have ever seen. Its very comforting and welcoming and just feels like home. The view from the balcony is amazing and is overall perfect. We will definitely be trying to get this Condo again from now on.

perfect place

Great location with even better view

Couldn't ask for a better location. The unit inside felt new and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially during sunrise/sunset. We Went down to the beach on Labor Day and didn't have to fight through a large crowd for a spot which was nice. There is even umbrella and loungers you can rent for the day which is a bonus.

Beach Getaway!

We had the best time staying at this condo! It’s conveniently located on the beach, beside Pineapple Willy’s & minutes from Walmart! The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I! It had everything we needed & felt like home when we were there! We will definitely be revisiting this gem!

Beautiful beach condo!

Great condo on the 8th floor. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend. FYI - the washer/dryer are on the 1st floor for use with a credit card, but were available when we needed them.

Our best beach trip ever
