The primary bedroom is downstairs & 2 bedrooms plus a loft/office & full bathroom are upstairs. An extended & oversized front patio (with wrap-around deck & gas grill) makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Child & pet friendly. Upgrades included granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, beautiful/rustic real-wood floors, 50" smart TV with soundbar & blue ray player (w movies), jetted tub in master, gas fireplace with stone front, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout. Plus, home is pet and child friendly - numerous toys, gates for the stairway, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available upon request. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a change of clothes and a toothbrush!

Large dual-pane south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight, and stars into the great room/kitchen area. Primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms plus loft/office& full bathroom upstairs. Extended and oversized front patio with partially covered wrap-around deck (with gas grill). Beautiful curb appeal with large boulders surrounding a spring run-off creek that wraps around the house. Open lot behind home offers additional privacy. This home will not disappoint.

Community Information: Wonderful playground, tennis courts, golf, basketball, clubhouse w/ workout facility and restaurant, community lake, hiking trails and Munds canyon are within a short walk from the home. Downtown Flagstaff is approximately 20 miles north and Sedona is approximately 40 miles to the southwest (great views of Sedona can be seen from a popular Munds Park hiking trail called Crystal Point). Snowbowl, one of the premier ski resorts in Arizona, is approximately 45 minutes from Munds Park. The Coconino National Forest surrounds Munds Park and provides nearly unlimited hiking, mountain bike, snowmobile, and ATV trails. Munds Park is approximately 90 miles to Phoenix - an easy drive and escape!

Forest getaway

Home was perfect, exactly as in description. Location was perfect for some side by side trail riding. Drive was sufficient for truck and trailer loading and unloading. Exactly what we needed and expected. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Place!

Beautiful! Very tidy and well maintained. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, perfect for coming back & relaxing after sightseeing all day. About a half an hour from everything (Flagstaff), but we knew that. There is a Gas station near. Just make sure you hit the grocery if needed on your way! Owners were very nice and excellent with responding. Would return and recommended. Really enjoyed our stay!

Another Wonderful Trip

This place makes you feel like you are home. Wonderful neighbor came over and introduced himself, so friendly and easy going. The place is perfect and easy, love stress free trips to visit my family in Munds Park. Will be back soon and often. Hope to stay at this place every single time.

Cute cabin

We stayed here on our way to see the Grand Canyon. We did a day trip to Sedona. The drive was easy and the place was clean. Our only complaint was not realizing it was really unsupported for stores or restaurants within close driving. So I’d encourage those who want to stay here in the future to be mindful about hitting up a grocery store before coming or you’ll have to do what we did and go to the gas station mini mart for some frozen individual pizzas. :)

Everything was wonderful! The location for exploring the area can't be beat. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. We contacted the owner once with a question and he responded immediately. Highly recommend staying here.

Central to everywhere we visited

Four adults visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the painted desert and the petrified forest, Winslow Arizona, Jerome and Cottonwood. Munds Park was a great base to sleep and start over the next day. We had a great time. The only complaint was the guys were unable to watch March Madness but we went to a casino one evening and a sports bar another evening to let them see some BB. All in all a great choice for our itinerary.

Lovely home

This was way farther from Sedona than the 8.5 miles that I thought i read somewhere on the VRBO website. I didnt remember seeing the 40 minutes that I saw for this listing. In any case, the place fit our needs, the fireplace was nice and we both slept well in our beds. Thanks for the salt as we did have an icy morning today. It would have been nice to have the wifi info posted in the home so we didnnt have to call for this basic info. We would highly recommend.

Great Place!

Absolutely loved this place. As a VRBO Owner myself, I loved how the kitchen was well stocked. Great deck on a sunny fall morning. Just be aware this is little drive from Sedona, it's a quick one, but it's not as close as you might think. Would stay here again.

Weekday Getaway

Two retired couples,in-laws, enjoyed this beautiful property! So clean and the fabulous A frame windows made it spectacular. Very cozy and homey. Would like to try it out during some of the cold months! Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood with all the pine trees. Very friendly people around. My husband wants to buy a place up there! Appreciated that my in-laws dogs could be there. We covered furniture with sheets and they brought their own sheets for the bed.

My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts! We love to hike, bike, ski, play sports – basically we enjoy all outdoor activities. We purchased the home to escape to the mountains whenever possible. We have small children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like.
