The space
When you enter the Solomar Beach House with keyless entry, you’ll find an open floor plan with an inviting kitchen with granite countertops and living room for hosting family meals and good times. The kitchen is fully stocked with housewares for meal prep. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee, our coffee station will keep you smiling all day. The kitchen has 3 seats at the breakfast bar and 6 seats around the kitchen table. The living room has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, it's big enough for everyone to gather while you watch Tv on the 55-inch wall-mounted flat screen. The backyard is fenced for privacy, and you can enjoy a cool night with outdoor seating, corn hole game, and ceiling fans keep the air flowing around you. The Master bedroom is furnished with a positive sleep King-size cooling bed, giving you the best night’s sleep after a long day at the beach. The Master en-suite Bathroom will make you feel like you’re in a spa with double vanity, a water closet, and a shower with double showerheads. In the First guest room you will find a Queen size bed and in the Second guest room you will find a Twin over Full size bunk bed! For your use during your stay, there is a Washer and Dryer located in the laundry room of the kitchen. The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and a First Aid kit located in the laundry area and smoke detectors. Parking - parking in the driveway to fit 2-4 standard vehicles. Also , we have beach towels, a beach cart, a beach wagon, 3-4 beach chairs, a cooler, and various beach toys.
