House was very clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown. This was perfect for my colleagues and I. Easy drive into downtown. Will certainly be staying here again.
This property was excellent, we stayed with our two boys, plenty of space, very clean, beautiful property. Close proximity to downtown Greenville ( by car) . Check in was easy , truly a great place to stay!
Great location to everywhere we needed to go and we didn’t have to deal with traffic. Safe area and quiet. Restaurant across the parking lot was great. Owner was available and prompt in taking care of rental questions. Beds were comfortable and 3+ bathrooms was a plus. Would recommend to others.
Property is in a great location. Close to all things downtown, close to Furman. The property is great, very comfortable beds, has everything you need! Owner was great to work with. Will stay here everytime I am in Greenville.

Our family was in town for a wedding. The townhome was an excellent choice for our needs. Everything we needed and more. Excellent location, beautiful furnishings, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend.
Peefect spot for quiet and close to downtown Greenville.
This is my second time staying here. Easy reserved parking right out front, well equiped home, restaurants within walking distance and no more than 7 min drive to anywhere downtown Greenville. We'll be back again soon!
We loved this property! The location is ideal for downtown Greenville and easy access to the highway for traveling to the suburbs. The floor layout was great for 3 families. Our host had excellent communication with details and security codes. We look forward to staying there again when we come to town to visit family.
We loved this property. Plenty of space for three couples, clean new construction with minimalistic, very pleasing decor. All of the socializing and cooking happens on floor 2 of 3, with bedrooms on 1 and 3. So if you want to call it a night while others are up, no problems at all. Beds are terrific. We’ll stay there again next time we are in Greenville!
We really enjoyed renting this house. It is new and very clean. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. And we loved the frozen glasses in the freezer to drink our cold drinks from. What a special treat! The owner, Bobbie Jo, was super nice and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. The location was quiet but also only 2 miles from downtown Greenville. We’d give it over 5 stars if we could. We highly recommend this place!
What a beautiful town house. Brand new construction. I think we were the first to stay but the owners are VRBO pros (they have other properties). Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with k-cups, tea etc… we were in town for a volleyball tournament and the house passed the teenager test. The girls loved it! Oh and so close to downtown Greenville which made getting to shopping and dinner so easy. Hosts were very communicative and proactive. Highly recommend.
Amazingly beautiful property. Immaculate in every way. We had two couples but the layout would be perfect for three. One bedroom and full bath on 1st level. Two bedrooms each with full bath on 3rd level at opposite ends of the hall. Spacious and private.
We were in town for concert and dining. 5 minute Uber ride to Main St area where there are lots of restaurants and shops. There are two restaurants across the parking lot and more just a few blocks down the street, so it’s easily walkable.
Great property and owner. Will definitely stay here again.
The location of the property is in a quiet neighborhood just a mile or so from downtown. Probably walkable in the warmer months, but also just a $10 ride share. The house was well decorated and furniture was comfortable. There are also a few places convenient to walk to, which was nice. Mr. Crispy is a seafood place across the parking lot. We did not eat there, but it looked nice. Fork and Plough is a market/butcher with a nice restaurant attached that we had a really enjoyable dinner at. I would look to stay hear again when in the area and have a couple of friends or family traveling with us.
The rental was very clean, well furnished, plenty of room. Bobbie Jo was quick to respond when needed. We enjoyed Greenville and know that our stay here helped that experience. The chilled glasses and mugs were a nice extra touch. I would highly recommend this property.
Great spot, very good set up for 3 couples spending town downtown Greenville.

About the host

My husband and I are from a small town in Ohio. I am retired Hospice nurse and my husband is a physician and will retire in two years. We own three condos in Gulfport MS and this year decided to try something new. We visited family in Greenville and instantly fell in love and decided to purchase here.
Why they chose this property
We would have loved to be down town, but found in our search that we enjoyed a quieter neighborhood that was still close enough to downtown that we could be there in five minutes.
