In the summer, enjoy the lazy afternoons on our deck with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. For some relaxing exercise, try mountain and forest hikes or bike rides on trails (including the Tahoe Rim and Van Sickle trails) that are very close by.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
TAHOE VILLAGE is a quiet, unique community with walking access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all outdoor recreation. The mountain retreat is a perfect vacation destination. Nevada Beach, Zephyr Cove, and Eldorado Beach are a short driving distance away.
Unbeatable Stateline Nevada location with access to Heavenly Ski Resort (pass holders can also enjoy other EPIC ski resorts) North Star & Kirkwood. The nearest Commercial Airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 60.1 miles away.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and a fine of $500
to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather, either 4WD and snow tires or 2WD and chains are
required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times, and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract additionally, in order to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.

Incredible views and prolixity to the lifts
Had a nice stay, and absolutely enjoyed the views being so close to stagecoach. First time in Tahoe/stateline. We came to ski and we got our fill everyday. House was convenient and cozy. Absolutely loved the fireplace!!

I absolutely loved the view here! Only 10 min drive to main strip. So peaceful and quiet and really cute decor and amenities. Felt like a home away from home!

South Lake condo
Renter beware, this is not a ski in ski out condo, nor can it accommodate more than 3 people comfortably. Owner claimed it was 50 steps to hill, which you can not reach due to ice and being roped off. Kitchen had only 3 dinner plates for dining, so not sure how the description claims can accommodate 6+. The hot tub pool area is not on site so that was also out of the equation. Deck was not shoveled nor was the outdoor deck furniture shoveled off so also out of the equation.
