Cordova Gold: Historic Dist. + Quiet at Night
Cordova Gold is just down the street from the infamous Casa Monica hotel, Lightner Museum & Flagler College. Walk to everything historic St. Augustine has to offer but enjoy the peaceful local neighborhood after your activities. We have 1 dedicated parking spot in our lot along with 1 off-street parking space which is very rare.

This beautifully appointed unit in a quiet neighborhood is within walking distance of all of the historic district museums and restaurants. The amenities included a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a coffee station w coffee. Kim is a great host.
We had a wonderful time. Kim (the host) was immediately responsive to communications and her place was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay this weekend! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, clean property, comfortable space, stocked well, and easy communication with host. We would happily visit this property again!
Great condo - amazing location - heart of St Auggie
Great 2nd floor condo - Great location for walking to everything downtown and checking out the local neighborhoods. Easy to drive over the Bridge of Lions for the beaches and amphitheater.
Cordova Gold was a perfect spot.
We loved our stay in St. Augustine. The location was great and within walking distance to attractions. The parking pass for the parking garage was very convenient to have so we were able to get to the other end of town without too much walking. We had a great time.
This apartment is gorgeous. The owners have put so much thought into the little details to make it comfortable for you. It is spacious spotless, and even nicer in person than in the photos. We only stayed for a short weekend, but I would love to come back and stay longer. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay.
First of all, the location, very near the Historic District, was very desirable. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The parking pass for the lot downtown, near the Visitor Center, was a bonus.
The condo was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice.
We understand that this is a coastal location, but there must been ground floor flooding significant enough to leave a strong mildew odor in the hallways, and slightly less strong in our condo upsrairs. Someone with sensitivities might want to check this with the owner.
Additionally, we experienced some tidal flooding, due to a combination of off-shore weather and the full moon. The road and sidewalk in front of the condo complex flooded. Our car was perfectly dry in the parking lot, but several different kind neighbors gave us the information we needed about coping with this event. They said happens about 4 times a year, and advised that we not drive through salt water that high. Thus, at high tide, we had a 2-hour period of time where the roads were not passable. (At the neighbor's advise, we got a copy of the tide tables and then scheduled our activities to avoid the high tide.)
Beautiful condo, very clean and nice decorated, close to everything. The host very helpful and communicative. We definitely recommend it and we can't wait to stay here again.
My friends and I spent a weekend in St Augustine. The condo was amazing. Super clean and comfy. We had the best weekend. Would definitely stay here again.
