The properties have private gate entrances, one private boat ramp, large decks, firepit, swimming areas, boat dock has whips to secure boat, sun deck, all properties have been updated with plenty of outdoor space for family gatherings. Each cottage is waterfront, fully furnished and gives your family room to spread out.

Family lake trip
We booked the cottages for our annual lake trip. The location is perfect with amazing views, water access for boating, fishing, and swimming. Plenty of shade for relaxing and watching the sunset. Each cottage is decorated beautifully, stocked with kitchenware and well maintained. By far the best communications from the owner that I have experienced with any rental over the years.

Family Gathering
The location of the property is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience for us. The view from the property is magnificent and we enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. We did some fishing from the dock and caught several fair sized fish. It's a relatively short drive into Tyler where we found numerous delicious restaurants. I'll add we all found the beds to be very comfortable.

Absolutely magnificent!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and our experience with the owner! Our family (parents, teenagers and grandmother) visited this exquisite property last week and we had the most lovely, relaxing vacation! There are three adorable and well-appointed cottages on the property which was perfect for our family giving us both privacy in our cottages and togetherness in the vast yard complete with fire pit and firewood. The view from each of the cottages is breathtaking especially at sunset which is viewed beautifully off the the shady back porch or from one of the docks. We canoed, paddleboarded, kayaked and fished (all equipment was provided) at our leisure and the owner even came to us to give us additional life jackets to use which was really nice. We cooked most meals in and the kitchens were all stocked with the essentials which made cooking a breeze. Each cabin is air conditioned and decorated beautifully. This is a wonderful retreat for a family or group of friends!

In addition to these lake properties, we also own the Frankston Lodge VRBO property (which sleeps 6 ) and the Frankston Bank-Quet Room ( Event Center ) for hosting events like weddings, rehearsal dinners and parties on the town square. It is our passion to bring older properties back to life for those to enjoy. We hope that families will come visit our properties and create life long memories and will continue to come back.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the most unique properties on the lake. There are four waterfront lots side by side with 3 separate cottages. ( Evern though the address does not appear to be side by side. ) The yard is beautifully kept and has plenty of room for games, activities, and for families to spread out and not feel on top of one another.
You cannot beat the sunsets. Swimming and fishing are just steps away from the back doors. A firepit is available for barbequing with a picnic table and multiple outdoor seating areas. Come and Enjoy !

Houses 1 (11020 Kevin Drive) has two king suites, two bathrooms, one living with a queen sofa bed, dining area that seats 8 plus 4 barstools, sofa and two recliners with huge Smart TV.
House 2 (24383) has two king suites, two bathrooms, one queen room with two living rooms and huge smart TV, wood Burning fireplace and electric fireplace with kitchen dining table that seats 6 and two barstools, double oven.
House 3 (porch cottage ) just recently renovated with queen bed down and queen bunk up, one twin swing bed in living with two couches and TV, kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and nice island. Dining table seats ten.
Multiple seating areas surround the property, shaded trees, firepit and picnic table. Two private beaches, swimming dock, canoes, kayaks, paddle board as well as private boat ramp with boat whips for anchoring boat.
