This is a newly remodeled, clean, two-story home in a quiet neighborhood, which sits directly next to the wetlands portion of the fern ridge trail, a 7.5 mile long asphalt path. It is located only 18 minutes drive from Hayward field, 15 minutes from Autzen Stadium, and only 14 minutes from PeaceHealth Sacred Heart at Riverbend Hospital, This 2400sqft home boasts 9' ceilings and has a fully stocked kitchen. The home is located near gas stations, grocery, shopping, and the Beltline highway which allows for accessibility. It's also located just 1hr away from the beautiful Oregon coast. (Note: No cats allowed whatsoever due to sever allergy of hosts and regular guests.)
