This is a newly remodeled, clean, two-story home in a quiet neighborhood, which sits directly next to the wetlands portion of the fern ridge trail, a 7.5 mile long asphalt path. It is located only 18 minutes drive from Hayward field, 15 minutes from Autzen Stadium, and only 14 minutes from PeaceHealth Sacred Heart at Riverbend Hospital, This 2400sqft home boasts 9' ceilings and has a fully stocked kitchen. The home is located near gas stations, grocery, shopping, and the Beltline highway which allows for accessibility. It's also located just 1hr away from the beautiful Oregon coast. (Note: No cats allowed whatsoever due to sever allergy of hosts and regular guests.)

Please put small blue garbage can and Recycling can (if used), out in front of the house at the curb on Sunday evening, Pick up is Monday at 6 AM.
Please no loud music etc after 9pm, We have great neighbors that will notify us if there is an issue with noise.
Please dispose of all of your garbage outside on the east side of the house. There is a small blue can for garbage, and a large bin for recycling.
