The holiday home is located in a central location yet is only a few minutes by bike to the lake.
Spread over two floors, there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds and a single bed. The ground floor also has a bathroom with toilet.
The upper floor boasts a cozy kitchen with a wooden corner bench around the dining table and in the living area with a living area, which invites the entire family to linger. Also in the upper floor is a bathroom furnished, which in addition to the shower contains a bathtub.
From the balcony with southern exposure you have a beautiful view of the Chiemgau mountains. This is accessible both from the kitchen, as well as from the bedroom.

In the house the reception of free Wi-Fi is possible and in the storage room there is a free-use washing machine.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Es passte soweit alles gut. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr die modernste aber funktionell. Es sollten allerdings zeitnah mal die Heizkörperthermostate erneuert werden, eine vernüftige Regulierung war schlecht möglich. Und im Schlafzimmer 1. OG. müssen die Stekdosen überprüft werden da Sie teils nicht funktionieren.

Toller Urlaub am Chiemsee

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der FeWo.Es war ausreichend Platz, alles für den täglichen Gebrauch ist vorhanden.An der Poolanlage die man mitnutzen kann hält man es Super aus!!!!! Uns hat es Spaß gemacht, wir würden wiederkommen ☀️👍

Schönes Ferienhaus in Übersee

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe von mehreren Geschäften und nah am See. Das Haus selbst ist relativ alt und es fehlen einige Utensilien, welche man eventuell erwarten würde (z.B. Seife). Für den Preis ist es aber in Ordnung und es gab eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. :-) Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man also weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer und zugleich actionreicher Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, was uns jedoch auch bei nachts geöffneten Fenstern nicht gestört hat. Großer Balkon mit Alpenblick, grillterrasse, getrennte Etagen für Kinder und Erwachsene inclusive. Je eigenem Bad. Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Super sauber und ausreichende Geschirrausstattung. Waschmöglichkeit, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden. Die Anlage in ‚Luft‘, die mitgenutzt werden kann ist fußläufig mit kleinem Kind in ca 20-25 min. erreichbar. Dort ist es sehr schön. Tolle saubere poolanlage, streichelponys, Trampolin und Leihräder in allen Größen stehen zur Verfügung. Tischtennis und Badminton kann ebenso gespielt werden wie Fußball auf ein kleines Tor. Erholung für Eltern und Spaß für Kinder sind garantiert!! Die umliegenden Möglichkeiten sind wahnsinnig vielseitig. Wir waren (ohne große Umstände und zu weite Wege) in einem Erlebnisbad in Prien, Tretboot fahren am Chiemsee, im Hochseilgarten, wandern mit Seilbahnfahrt, im Outlet in Piding (U.a. Nike und Adidas), Fußballgolfen in inzell und coaster fahren und minigolfen in Ruhpolding... und es gibt noch viel mehr zu erleben und zu sehen, so dass wir gern nochmal wieder kommen werden.

Sommertage am Chiemsee

Geräumiges Haus, direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, daher war der Lärmpegel ein bisschen hoch. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Leider nicht überall sauber. Liegt schön zentral am Chiemsee, man kommt schnell an den See und in die Berge. Gesamteindruck: okay

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden von Spülmaschine über Mikrowelle und sogar ein Radio.

Sauber und gut gelegen

Sauberes Haus mit genügend Platz. Im Radius von max. 15-20 Gehminuten alles erreichbar wie Chiemsee, Supermarkt, div. Gaststätten/Biergarten,Apotheke usw. Gab nix zu bemängeln.

Lovely week in Übersee

This was a beautiful home in a lovely and relaxing part of Bavaria, close to the lake, the mountains, pretty parks and restaurants. It is clean and very well appointed/decorated and the family is lovely and responded very quickly when a lightbulb went out. The pool was absolutely fabulous, it stays warm if the weather is cooler with a cover, and opens for the hotter part of the days. A very nice touch was the pool house with a bath and kitchen - not to mention pony rides! We spent many lovely afternoons there. Our one suggestion is to make it more clear on the listing that the pool on the cover photo was a short drive (one town over) from the property which I wish we had known. The house is also on a very busy street with fast cars. Just took some getting used to, not what I expected from the description. Still very well worth the value. I would definitely stay on their other property right next to the pool again in a heartbeat! Thank you Family Lindlacher!

Schöner Ort, schönes Haus, Urlaub wie Zuhause

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Haus sehr schön. Leider war uns aus dem Inserat nicht klar, dass der Pool nicht am Haus liegt. Wir haben es als Ferienwohnunganlage gesehen mit mittig gelegenen Pool. Die Poolanlage ist super und top gepflegt.

Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden für eine Woche in diesem Haus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Herr Lindlacher machte zuerst eine kleine „Stadtrundfahrt“ mit uns und zeigte uns alles wichtige und gab uns Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Haus war rundum sauber und super gemütlich eingerichtet. An Inventar gab es alles was wir brauchten. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es recht ruhig und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach wunderschön. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100% weiter.

Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Wir waren über die Weihnachtstage in diesem Haus, das für eine große Familie Platz zum Schlafen hat, nur zu zweit. Es war super schön. Familie Lindlacher ist sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter mit tollen Tipps für Land, Leute, Gastronomie und interessante Ausflugsziele...im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst, viele Fenster, viel Licht, selbst die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist bei dem geringen Verkehrsaufkommen kein Nachteil...von uns aus absolut zu empfehlen...vielen Dank an Familie Lindlacher !!!

Saubere Unterkunft auf zwei getrennten Etagen mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern und Rolläden

Im Haus Annelies haben wir drei uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Küche war gut ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer gemütlich mit grossem TV, der Ort bot einen Supermarkt mit köstlichen bayerischen Wurstwaren, ein kleiner Bäcker in der Nähe des Hauses lockte uns täglich mit sehr guten Kaiserbrötchen. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer mit Rolläden und bequemen modernen Betten, 2 Badezimmer gestalteten die Benutzung durch uns drei stressfrei, eines mit Wanne. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre ! Der nahe Chiemsee war bei diesem warmen Superherbst ein tolles Ziel, leider waren die Ausflugsdampfer schon ausser Betrieb, Salzburg (Shoppingcenter, Outletcenter und natürlich die Innenstadt mit Mozarthaus) war in 30 Minuten zu erreichen, Bad Reichenhall ebenfalls, dort wartete die grossartige moderne Rupertustherme mit toller Bergsicht, das berühmte Rebercafe mit traumhaften Torten und auch der Reberwerksverkauf. Berchtesgaden hat auch eine Therme mit Blick auf den Watzmann, diese war aber älter und kleiner. Das Haus Annelies liegt an der Hauptstrasse, also einiger Verkehr, auch durch eine gegenüberliegende Baustelle, nachts war es aber ruhig. Kein Lärm durch Kinder oder Hunde !

Geräumige Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren für eine Woche mit vier Kindern und Hund in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war für Ausflüge sehr gut. Das Haus sauber und schön groß. Die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!
