Perfect place for long term rentals - plenty of storage for clothes and food, dedicated office space with lots of storage.

Large private newly remodeled bathroom. Heavenly sea breezes from Dutch door and when windows are open. Beautiful sunsets from backyard.

This is an ADU that is attached to the main house which is also rented. There are no shared living spaces. washer and dryer communal.

Great place for rest and relaxation
Nice room for couples or an individual. Quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of just about everything: downtown, restaurants, beaches, shopping and museums. You will need a car. There are some details that when tended to, will make this a top notch place to stay.

Small but well equipped
The property was well thought out. The only thing missing was a kitchen sink. Because I stayed for two weeks I found that I needed a space with an actual small kitchen. The location was convenient so easy to get everywhere.
