Spacious, private, cozy and quiet guest suite in a great location, fully equipped with all you need, a devine feather down sofa everyone loves, office space, fast WiFi and a great garden in the summer, with a fire pit that also can be used in the winter!

Quick access to main roads will take you fast to anywhere in the City.
Many shops, fresh markets. An Italian Center close by has amazing food, fresh produce, lunch menu, and best cappuccinos and lattes!
Parks, city biking paths and a vast Fish Creek park just a few minute drive away!

Perfect Stay!

Not only a beautiful property, but a wonderful neighborhood! My fiancé and I had everything we could possibly need and more. The host was incredibly gracious and kind, making our stay very memorable. We would book again without hesitation! Only regret is not staying here longer!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Wonderful visit!

Sylvie was a delightful host, checking up on us as we traveled and providing recommendations on a coffee shop in the morning (when she suggests "The Italian Center" listen to her)! The home was clean and cute, and check in/out was a breeze. Thank you Sylvie!

Comfy and welcoming

Sylvie's suite worked out really well for us. It was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great with easy access to major roads for getting around the city. Sylvie was a very welcoming and gracious host. Her communication was clear and timely. We enjoyed our stay!

Revisiting a cozy abode

This was second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. It was great to try it in the colder months and confirm that it is still as functional and very warm and cozy in the colder weather. Sylvie has great hosting touches, which for this visit included coffee and cream as a nice welcome. The location and ambiance are amazing, so I will be trying to take advantage of the rental again.

Functional and cozy abode

This property meet my needs and I really enjoyed staying here. It was fully stocked with kitchen items, books to read, Netflix (and other streaming services I have not heard of), among others. Sylvie checked in to see if I required anything and I had found everything from tinfoil to a charger. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space. Laundry and kitchen are two big selling points for me, with both clean and fully stocked. For me, the location was great and I enjoyed the quiet street at night so I could get some sleep. Bottom line: I was looking to book for my next work trip before my stay finished.
