About this property

Very nice efficiently, parking, quick walk to beach(5 min) and resort activities short walking. Resort has a "Freebie" cars, just call and Tesla driver will pick you up free ride around resort( currently on trial)
This unit is a two bedroom two bath unit, is a lock off, from a larger unit. Private. Standard frig, microwave, dishwasher, small sink. No Oven, replaced by, electric skillet, hot plate, and toaster oven. No deck. Nice for guests that eat in for breakfast and lunch. But, want to experience other places. But, the replacement items, allow you to cook. Maybe not make a cake, can be bought two blocks away.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect; walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed as well. Jon was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend.

Good location

Great location, was a little disappointed with having to put on sheets/make bed upon arrival as well as the clean up process before checking out although paying a cleaning fee. Overall a good place though!

I have been a pilot for over 50 years: Air Force, retired from American Airlines after mergers with Piedmont and USAirways. Started in the weekly rental business with three apartments on this lot in 2005. This is the third year with my NEW units that I was the General Contractor.

Why they chose this property

This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Mojitos great and so is the food both two blocks. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want.
