This location is a quick bike ride to Seaside so guests can enjoy the local shops and restaurants!

It's on the end of a driveway and backs up to the walking trails. It's super quiet and we watched the birds in the backyard!!! Communication with the host was immediately responded to!!!

Overall Positive Experience
We stayed for 5 nights with our two kids (2 and 4). The best part was being close to the nature trail, having 3 bathrooms, and our own washer and dryer. The townhome was very clean and good location. One downside is that the back glass sliding door did not lock the entire time we were there which made us feel not as safe. WARNING IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN- both bedrooms are upstairs and no baby gates are provided. The stairs are very steep. I was a nervous wreck with my two year old and slept next to her with the bedroom door locked from the inside.

Great location!
We love staying in Cassine because you can’t beat the location on 30A. This rental suited our needs for the week. It is outdated and could use a deep cleaning. WiFi is sketchy but owner was going to have provider come take a look. The owner was very responsive.

Great stay!
We had a very nice stay at this townhouse. We have previously stayed in the Seacrest community but wanted to save some money this year. I wasn't sure what to expect in this area, but this was a great little place to relax without being so crowded at an affordable price. Both bedrooms are upstairs but that's ok, I needed the exercise! The host was very responsive. The pool is not far at all. This townhouse is toward the back of the community. There is another pool closer to the front of the community, but we used the one close to the townhouse every day. It wasn't too crowded. There were red and double red flags the week we stayed so we didn't spend a lot of time at the beach but the walk wasn't too bad. I suggest renting bikes in this area. We rented bikes and visited the Eastern Lake access which is a nice play to splash around without worrying about sharks or rip currents! You can also bike or walk to several restaurants including Cafe 30a which was nice fine dining. We also loved the Perfect Pig and Canopy Road Cafe for breakfast! My son and I also biked to Seaside which has several restaurants and food trucks. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great Rental
This property has a wonderful location! You don’t even need to drive once you arrive you are able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Such a beautiful location! The rental itself was very comfortable with plenty of space for the family. I couldn’t find the ceiling fan remote and when I messaged the host they responded very quickly and helped me find it. Would book again when we come back to Santa Rosa.

We had a lovely week staying at Tranquility! The space was comfortable and roomy for our family of four. Our host made check in easy and was easy to communicate with. We had a great week on 30a and would look forward to returning to this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Location
We had an excellent stay at this condo. The owner stayed in touch via text and answered all our questions. Wonderful condo in a very nice complex and excellent location. Very spacious and clean condo. I loved sitting out on deck off of master bedroom which overlooked nature preserve.

I’m not a beach person so the swamp area behind the property was right up my alley. I loved being able to watch and listen to the wildlife the forest had to offer. Still close enough walk to the beach that beach goers can enjoy the property as well. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
