***POOL HEATING*** EAST FACING POOL There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house.

***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Loved this villa. Size was perfect for our 8 man golf group… Only issue is the condition of the patio furniture… needs to be replaced.

Not enough towels

No where near enough towels for a property that is supposed to sleep over 12 people. There was only 1 towel and 1 face cloth in each bathroom( even if the room slept 2 people)

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable clean and the host was on top of all my requests.Internet was slow but we wasn't there for that! This was a good stay I recommend!

Great time

Property was great just as promised. A couple of little things could be improved such as: Wi-Fi network was very sporadic, should have instructions for the tv which remote controls what, fast pass access never worked.

The home was much bigger than expected. Lots of room for a large family. We had a few issues the home was very hot downstairs we had to have someone come in to check the air condition. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very attentive and responded immediately.

Orlando Golf Vacation

House was just like the pictures. The property manager was courteous and responded answering my questions very quickly. We had eight adults sharing the house for a golf vacation and we all enjoyed the place and would consider it again if we ever decide on another Orlando golf vacation. The only issue was a bad caulking job on one of the bathrooms, but it was just an appearance issue and did not bother us at all.

Weekend Getaway

I would’ve given the property five ⭐️ had it not been for one minor issue and one major issue. Overall the house is nice, exactly as pictured. Now to the issues. Minor: The cushions on the bar stools and the furniture could use a good cleaning, there were multiple stains on them. The rest of the house is acceptable with normal wear and tear for a rental house. Major Issue: The AC unit is way too small to cool a house of that size. My son is Certified in HVAC, he stated the house needs two AC units, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The owner of the property had standing fans in the dining area and most of the bedrooms which leads me to believe they know the AC unit is not big enough to cool the house. The two downstairs bedrooms felt like saunas.

Where They really Prepared for Guest????

We walked in and the house had a musty smell, as if they were not ready for guest. We had to clean the house from top to bottom. They left 8 bath towels for 11 guest, I had to buy bath towels for the first day. We mopped the floor and had to vacuum the carpet. The air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. They had to bring fans to help cool the house. They sent someone to repair the air conditioner but it still didn't work. The game room was so hot I couldn't let the children play in it. We cleaned so much in the house I feel I should be paid just for cleaning the place. Every dish, piece of cookware mopping and vacuuming the floor making sure the centerpied spiders were not in the beds. Washing the sheets. If I had not spent the money for the house I would have stayed in a hotel. The neighboor hood was nice but clean the houses!!!!
