⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Steamboat Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The location couldn't be better—close to all the fantastic attractions Steamboat has to offer. We loved being able to easily access local shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The breathtaking views from the house were the icing on the cake; we were even lucky enough to spot a couple of moose grazing in the yard on our last day, which was a magical experience! Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning for another unforgettable getaway!

Beautiful stay

This is great home base for adventure and also to relax in with your dog. Many thoughtful touches are evident. This home is near both the ski resort and downtown, as well as groceries and neighborhood restaurants. You will need to drive though. Communication was good. Notes: the house really holds into heat, the neighbor is super, super helpful. The deck was lovely, and we used the grill, which was fun. Oh, and make really sure all the windows and doors are shut and also ** locked, because the wind can open them and make a mess in the house. No joke. Would t have guessed.

We all had a wonderful Christmas stay! Check-in and check-out was easy and there were snacks and water available when we arrived. Kat was very responsive to our questions. Great location for skiing.

Family Ski Trip

The house is in an excellent location, very close to the resort. It worked great for our all-adult family of 5. There was a very nice welcoming basket. Communication was great throughout the entire process.

Great experience!

The home was very clean and had lots of space across the 3 floors. Loved the location we could easily walk to the park and the communication before check in and just before check in was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Steamboat!

Great location!

We stayed here in the summer and it was a great location, not far from the grocery store and a very short drive to the downtown area, also not far from the ski slope so easy to get around everywhere. It was a cute place and had everything we needed!

Wonderful place to stay in Steamboat!

This was the perfect dog-friendly spot for our family in Steamboat. The home is stocked with everything you might need, the neighborhood is quiet & easily accessible to the mountain and downtown, and there is an off-leash dog trail & park within walking distance. Kathleen was a great host and was very responsive when we needed assistance. There was even a pack 'n play set up for our baby. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Long weekend getaway

Well stocked with chips and mini soda, kurig & shelf- stable creamer. Comfy bed (we prefer mattresses on the firmer side) and quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, shopping in town, restaurants, & Rita Valentine dog park. The only suggestion we have regarding cleanliness is to dust those ceiling fans! We would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Great place in Steamboat

Beautiful duplex that has a terrific view of the hills from the deck. Mostly quiet neighborhood with great places to walk. Highly recommend this place if you want a spacious place that is warm and away from the city.

Enjoyable vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very well stocked and setup for families. Kat was very communicative and helpful and we loved the location of the house which was close to both downtown and the ski resorts. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again if possible.

Perfect place!

Our condo had everything we needed, along with several unexpected treats! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and COFFEE! Glad we could bring our dog too. The location was perfect for accessing the activities we planned to do. The owners did a fabulous job of communicating with us all along. Would definitely stay here again😊

Family Ski trip

Perfect Stay in Steamboat Springs!

We just returned from an outstanding ski trip to Steamboat, made all the more enjoyable by Kathleen and her fantastic vacation home. Everything at this home was as advertised, and is a convenient 5-10 minute drive to the mountain (with everything else you'd need such as a Safeway grocery store, etc. basically right next door). The 3 bedrooms were large enough for our party of 7, made even more comfortable by a large air mattress that Kathleen had made sure was available for us. This house was very well maintained and all in good order. We were a little nervous as our daughter has mild pet allergies and this property allows pets, but with wood flooring throughout versus carpets we felt she'd do OK, and that was definitely the case. With the cleanliness of the house my daughter experienced no problems whatsoever. The large dining table had more than enough room for our whole group, so we easily enjoyed meals together at the table followed by playing several of the family board/card games made available. The garage is quite large and should fit most vehicles. We got very unlucky as the Suburban we rented had unusual clamps on top of the standard crossbar brackets, and it was just a half inch too tall to fit. Had it not been for those clamps though the Suburban would have fit fine. Check-In/Out was super easy, and the owner was proactively communicative throughout the entire process to make sure we'd have everything we needed. All in all this was a home-run rental for us and we'd stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Kathleen!

Lovely home and host

My boyfriend and I went up for a ski weekend with another couple. Upon entering, we found a spotless home with a kitchen filled with welcome snacks and a bottle of wine. During my brief texts with Kat she was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming! I can’t wait to book another weekend in this same home, our experience was amazing!
