The impressive Mediterranean-style house is located on a plot of 28,000 m2 near Alcudia. The architecturally attractive building with several balconies and covered terraces is set in the middle of a very well-maintained and lush garden.
At the foot of the house, the large 12 x 6-metre pool invites you to take a dip. From the terrace with 6 sun loungers and a porch, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the beautiful landscape and hills that surround it.
The exterior features various furnished areas for resting, sunbathing, or enjoying outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue perfect for family or friends.
The house offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub (1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs), in addition to an outdoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Additionally, you can dine at the large table in the living room or even better on the outdoor terrace. The kitchen and living room are also equipped with air conditioning.
This incredible finca is only 3.5 km from the town of Alcudia and its picturesque streets and markets, and, of course, the famous white sandy beach of Alcudia Bay, with turquoise water.
