Embark on the ultimate Pocono Mountains adventure at this 4-bedroom, 3-bath Big Boulder home, nestled in the Laural Woods community. This cozy vacation rental is a haven of comfort, featuring amenities designed with the traveler’s needs in mind, including Smart TVs, a pool table, and a fireplace indoors and hot tub outside. But the real excitement lies just beyond your doorstep.

⁕ Big Boulder Mountain lake and Ski are less than 1 mile away, offering a world of outdoor fun.

The Boulder Lake Club Closes for the season on Sunday September 17th, and will reopen Memorial Day weekend 2024.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Open Memorial Day weekend): Heated seasonal outdoor swimming pool, lake access w/ rentable canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, row/electric motor boats, sailboat & pontoon boats. Recreation activities include tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball courts, cornhole, bocce ball, ping pong, & ladder ball. No additional fees for the use of recreational activities.

The house comes with 12 passes to the exclusive Boulder Lake Club.

Updated kitchen with all the cooking essentials. Includes a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. K cup starter kit with cream and sugar will be provided at the beginning of your stay.

Open floor plan on the first floor between the kitchen and living room, with a large dining table, counter, and stools for eating together. Enjoy a propane fireplace in the living room while playing games or watching TV.

Head downstairs to the family room for a game of pool and to watch the game. Step outside the slider and enjoy a private patio with seating, hot tub, and a grill for your use. Have some fun in the superhero themed garage gameroom right off the family room with a foosball table, and basketball game. Shut off the iights and turn on the projector to create a theater experince while you watch a movie or stream your favorite show. Play video games on the big screen utilizing Luna Cloud gaming which gives you access to hundreds of video game titles.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bath. Relax in a large jet tub at the end of a fun day! There is also a stand-up shower in this bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs include one double bed in the first bedroom and two sets of twin bunk beds in the other. Full bath upstairs. The upstairs also has a small loft area with a TV. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, off the family room, and can sleep 4. Another full bathroom is located on this level.

Extremely clean and Great Location

From the very beginning, the hosts were fantastic. Great communications and easy in and out. The townhouse was very clean, a great location for skiing BB and JF, Very comfortable living area in the basement with easy access to the driveway, very cool game room and more. Besides food and toiletries, all you need is clothes, they supply everything else. Also great internet and TV options.

Love the Location and Great Hosts

The hosts were wonderful, welcoming and so accommodating. Don and Heather provided some wonderful options for extras on the website which we really appreciated! The location was a very nice area within walking distance to Big Boulder. The place was very clean! The hot tub was a nice added feature, very clean and the downstairs area was a nice diversion. TVs were a plus and plentiful! With a townhouse comes a lot of steps- both outside and in, but the hosts provided salt for our use when it snowed lightly. Despite the need for some upgrades, especially the mattresses, bunk beds and the garage game area, we still enjoyed our short stay and appreciated the subtle, daily communication to make sure everything was going well for our weekend getaway! The hosts really cared and that was huge! Thank you.

Great spot and communication

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this gem. The property was as described and is well maintained and clean. Great spot that was central to many hiking trails and lots to do in the house for span of ages with the game room, hot tub, and multiple couches and tvs. Thank you, Don for your responsiveness and suggestions on spots to dine.

Extended Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our extended family to get together! The house was comfortable and we all felt right at home. The passes for the community lake and pool kept the kids busy. There were other family things to do such as moderate hiking and an arcade/water park nearby. We had a great time and definitely will stay here again!

Extended Family Quick Getaway

Our hosts Don & Heather were most thoughtful in details and made us feel welcomed in their home. Prior to our trip they were quick to respond, helpful in some recommendations, & took the extra step in assuring an item or two we inquired about were waiting for us in the home. Once we were in the doors we were warmly greeted by a personalized note and beverages to toast our getaway. We were 2 life long families getting away from the race with our post college age kids. All together we were 9 and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms for all. Also very happy to report there was never a wait for the bathroom because there was plenty. They have maximized the space in their house very smartly whether it is the comfy couches by the fireplace, gaming station, pool table as well as the hot tub & barbecue which got good use. If you enjoy the outdoors, this area of the poconos has alot to offer and this home is nicely located near plenty. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling in the are.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The young adults enjoyed the space, pool table, and basketball. The older adults enjoyed the hot tub and amount of bedrooms. We also enjoyed the lake and pool area. The Tavern has great burgers. Will visit again!!

Outstanding home and location !

Arrived to find an exceptionally clean home. Owners thoughtfully stocked necessities needed for your vacation. The location is perfect - everything to do is within a few miles. The biggest bonus, however, was the free passes to the Boulder Lake club - our family enjoyed the boating, beach and swimming, and the best thing was afterwards we simply walked to the Boulder View Tavern for a nice dinner. This is an exceptional house and the owners are very easy to contact with questions and will help with anything you want. We look forward to booking this home again !

A Gem for A Fun Weekend

The roomy home at Lake Harmony was comfortable and offered everything that makes a get-away fun. We had a blast using the different areas of the house for the game options provided! The owners were very detailed about their home and what to expect and we cannot wait to come back with our children! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved everything about this property!

Our stay was short, but needless to say we'll be back to this beautiful home with friends. Very inviting and warm decor from the minute you walk through the door with many games to keep the kids and adults busy. The community pool is centrally located and hosts other amenities such as volleyball and basketball courts. An added bonus is the lake and the ability to rent paddle boards and kayaks. This will go on our short list of homes to go back to for sure!
