Comfortable escape

Nicely furnished, nice linens and towels, walking distance to publix, even for this 74 yr.old lady. There are stairs to 2nd floor and bathroom is on second fl. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.IBuþmade it work for

Scam alert! No check-in, Listing has incorrect Host information.

This was a terrible experience for me and my family. Host didn't provide check-in information, the host contact information was incorrect on the listing. My family of 4 (including parents age 65 and 62) got no place to stay. Vrbo team didn't help either. I spent 4+ hours with more than 10 vrbo agent explaining the same issue to atleast 8 agent opening 4 cases and on top of it they kept the call on hold for about 3hours in total and even hung up 3times. Finally after 5hr of check-in time (around 9pm) vrbo team provide us option for free stay at 1-star motels and upon disagreeing they asked us to book a stay for 1 night at our own expense and promised to reimburse for it. Also they told that they will reach out with resolution next morning before my self accomodations check out time. But they didn't and i received an email that I should book accomodations myself for other two nights and Vrbo will review my self booked accomodation for possible reimbursement. In this experience all four my family were left helpless without accommodation from vrbo and the host. It completely ruined our vacation plan and we had to pay extra money due to last moment bookings and memorial day weekend. The case is still open for resolution with Vrbo team.
