Trendy neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

We display a sign near the rear parking lot that says "This Area is Under Surveillance", we do not have a camera present in this area. We only have this sign in place to keep people from tampering with our guests vehicles.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Early March Stay

Stayed for volleyball tournament, location made it easy to get everywhere. Note that house is in the airport flyover zone, and you can hear them all throughout the day and night. Upstairs bedrooms, all queen size bed were very comfortable. King needs box springs. Kitchen is small but satisfied our needs. Parking was excellent.

Bourbon trail vacation

Overall great experience. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only recommendation would be to replace the outdoor lights hung up by the patio.

Great house for a group

Fun house with plenty of space for a group. Convenient location because we were only about 5-10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go.

Christmas with grown kids

Had a wonderful stay in Bourbon house 2. It was plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the large table for all 9 adults to sit around to eat and play games. Everything seemed to be a short drive for us. And the grown kids enjoyed having a few bars withing walking distance.

Unfortunate Stay.

Overall we were extremely disappointed. The lack of kitchen supplies forced us to cook thanksgiving dinner elsewhere and bring it back to the house. The cleanliness was subpar. There were dead flies in multiple rooms, the fridge had crumbs and residue in it, our feet all turned black from the floors, there was left over rehab supplies in a bunch of the drawers, and none of the mattresses or pillows had protectors on them. Also every time the heat kicked on it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed in the upstairs back bedroom sheets were pilly, and sagged in the middle because the center support was missing. Also the blankets are so thin, they aren't much warmer than a normal sheet. There wasn't adequate supplies for the length of our stay or the amount of people staying. We had to buy cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper.... all these things should be pretty standard inclusion's. When we book a place, we expect to be walking into a home away from home. This was not the case this time.

Great Stay for Livestock Show

We loved the property! It was super close to the expo center! We had a late night foosball tournament after grilling steaks and sitting by the fire outside one night. We would definitely book this property again. The only complaint is that the dryer doesn't work. We had clothes that we had to take to a laundry mat. We don't like to pack clothes that smell like sheep to take home or wear in someone else's home.

Bourbon House

The house was great for a friends' weekend. It was clean and had plenty of room for our purposes. Advanced warning, you can reach up and touch the airplanes as they land!
